Today we’re going to talk about how hard it is to open to someone with that heavy feeling always on your heart. Mental health is a very important aspect of life. It includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It determines how we deal with our stress, our decision-making power and our ability to relate with others. It is very crucial at every stage of life.

It’s very depressing to know the fact that in these times when people are having constant threat to their mental health and one out of every 5 people are suffering from mental health problems, society still finds a way to judge those people. People suffering from mental health disorders find it very difficult to share what’s on their mind often because of the society and its judgmental behavior toward them.

But it’s important for you to know that its ok to not always be ok. But it’s not ok to lose hope in yourself. Because at the end of the day you will realize that it is not the suffering that you remember but the memories of the things that helped you to find a better version of yourself.

If we want to see a change in the society and its way of dealing with metal health, then its important for us to start with ourselves. At one point of time, we’ll realize that we are the only ones that can help ourselves to overcome our problems and be open to people. YOU HAVE TO KNOW THAT IT’S A BEAUTIFUL AND EUPHORIC FEELING THAT WE GET ONCE WE OVERCOME A LOW POINT IN OUR LIVES.IT IS IMPORTANT FOR US TO STAY MOTIVATED AND BELIEVE IN OURSELVES NO MATTER HOW ADVERSE THE SITUATION IN OUR LIFE IS.
