What is the first thing you write when someone gives you a new pen? it is not a big deal, it is just a psychological fact. Yes, when offered to write with a new pen 97% of people write their own name. A similar thing is done by a magician who finds the perfect matching card taken by a person in a deck of cards. So, the psychologists and magicians are the same? Do magician study psychology? A famous phrase states every mentalist is a magician but not every magician is a mentalist. The research states that two sections. One section is labelled as Ventriloquism, hypnotism, and allied arts, and another section is labelled as mentalism, memory, and fortune-telling. The building of magic is basically decorated by the props they use, along with the psychology of misdirection. Successful misdirection exploits several psychological principles. In addition to physical misdirection, mental misdirection also plays an important role in getting the desired output, making the audience suspect a false method. Still, in the end, they are proved wrong. So, the magicians rely on powerful psychological illusions and they create tricks by exploiting gaps and errors in our conscious minds. If a simple action i.e., magic can manipulate a group of people, why not the most mysterious thing in the world can? The mysterious thing in the world is our human brain. With the help of our brains, we can create unimaginable thoughts which may end up on either side of the coin. The act of thinking produces more thoughts, but still, there is a line difference between thinking and overthinking. Thinking is solution focussed and overthinking is question focussed. We should think before we speak but we should not overthink after we spoke. Thinking relies on the present whereas overthinking always relies on the past or future. Overthinking destroys a person both personally and professionally. So do not think too much.

The next question that pops up is whether repetition affects or effects emotions.

The law of inspired action: an inspired action is an action with no force. According to physics, action is a scalar quantity describing how a physical system changes over time. Next, we need force to change according to physics which is in accordance with newton’s first law which states that “every object will remain at rest or in uniform motion unless compelled to change its state by the action of external force.

Here again, action is related to force.

Then how come an action can be produced without force?

In the case of physics, we are talking about physical force, whereas in the case of psychology/philosophy, we are talking about soul force.

Soul force comes from a place of hope, happiness, excitement, questioning basically curiosity.

The soul force is the one which triggered Isaac Newton to discover the reason why the apple fell from the tree not the physical force nor the emotional force.

The emotional force always gives pressure.

The soul force is basically your love and dedication or the curiosity that provokes your interest in your work, the work might not be at a maximal level, but it can be at a minimal level as simple as arranging your morning bed after you wake up.

Finally, the definition of the law of inspired action: “The Law of Inspired Action states that you must take real, actionable, inspired steps in order to achieve your goals and allow your dreams to manifest in your life”

In order to take actionable steps, we need a soul force not an emotional force

the law of attraction which states that “like attracts like,” which means being positive attracts more of the same, meanwhile being negative attracts more of the same.

Similarly, repeated thinking of good thoughts attracts more good thoughts. It has a good effect on life. But in another case it can also affect.

That is expectations.

Expectation without the law of inspired action affects our emotions.

There is a famous quote “Expectation kills,” I partially agree with that but

“Expectation kills, but desire wins”

Expectation without the law of inspired action affects our emotions.

Expectation is set by you or by others on you whereas desire emerges in you.

Expectation pushes you toward the action, whereas desire pulls/ attracts you toward the action.

Once you taste the sweetness of hard work, the fire of desire to achieve is lit up inside you.

The desire to achieve, following the path of the law of inspired action and the law of attraction, in the absence of overthinking keeps our brain healthy and makes you prove that “Nothing is impossible in this world”

Social idea is a world of live: many people feel scared after watching a horror movie because of the fight-flight response of your body due to a boost in adrenaline, endorphins, and dopamine. Our sympathetic nervous system throws us into this kind of response.

The brain is the most complex thing which another brain can easily manipulate. If a half an hour oral story can manipulate your brain, then why cannot a visual video can make you believe anything? So, always remember one thing What you see can be a lie; what you hear can be a lie; what you investigate and find is accurate. Moreover, an investigation is needed only when we have hands in that business otherwise prepare your brain to accept the fact. Do not let others be the master of your brain. Allow others to own your heart but never let anyone dominate your brain.

Individuals are known for tending to compare themselves to others for their own self-evaluation. This has become common in this social media-evolved world.

Using social media activates the brain's reward center by releasing dopamine, a “feel-good chemical” linked to pleasurable activities.

Everyone in this world is given the right to speak what they want, but on the other hand, people always remember that in this world, everyone can also prove them wrong through their actions. Self-love is found within yourself.

We are proud that we are living in a well-evolved world, but still, rapists exist in this developed world not in the underdeveloped world where people partially covered their bodies.

Feel proud of what you have!
