HR is the most talked about profession. Sorry, let me correct, its the most "Laughed about" profession in the corporate world. I mean It should be, let's see why.

HR is responsible for hiring, firing, and managing employee benefits, payroll, and other staffing needs.

Such an easy job you see.

They just have to search for the suitable candidates from the sea of candidates and the right fit for the role and company culture.

They just have to answer and solve a few of the management's as well as employee's queries.

Look overcompensation.

Performance analysis.

Recruitment and onboarding.

Plan fun and light activities, and keep the company's environment light. Basically the job of a "joker".

According to research HR profession is one of the most stressed professions one can choose as a career.

No HR - No recruitment - No proper culture - No business - No jobs.

Fun fact - Even I was hired because of an HR to whom I was having satirical views till I experienced the job.

Basically, a business would only make a profit if the candidate selected gives out the best. There's always pressure to select the best.

It is anything, but far from an "easy" profession.

If it is easy, then it is as easy as saying "Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia."

Definitely very easy, right?

So if management is the soul, then HR is the heart.

And a Body without a heart is just lament.
