I don't know how it's like to win;
Because I have never won.
I've never been told that I'm pretty;
But I have heard that I am not.
And I never learnt how to swim,
Because I have never drowned.
And now that I'm drowning;
No one can pull me out.
All I want to do is come up for some air,
But all of this pressure is pulling me down.
I am a candle and all of my wax has dripped out,
All of my passion has turned into doubt.
I keep getting picked last,
Whenever they are choosing.
Because they know whoever has me;
They are probably losing.
So I learnt to be on my own,
Because I have never drowned
And now that I'm drowning;
There is no one to pull me out.
