Oh, My Beloved Mother,
You took care of me in your womb
I will never forget it till I go to the tomb,
The day when I was born
You took me in your palm.
You saw me with a smile
When I was weak and frail,
You taught me how to talk and walk
I learnt everything with a great spark,
You're like the bright moon at the night
And my heart is filled with delight.
Oh, My Beloved Mother,
Now you became more weak and feeble
And your heart is getting more humble,
Your beautiful skin has shrunk
And my heart too has sunk,
Your hair has become grey
And I want you to stay.
You gave me breath
I will never leave you till my death.
