You may say words so dark
You may cut with words sharp
You may all act like a sheep
But I can be the girl who reap
You can laugh at me all
You can point out when I fall
You comment when I am far
But I'll shine like a star
You may question my strength
You May question my hair length
You may all act like a creep
But as I shine you will peep
You may pun at my cry
You don't see when I try
You throw restrictions like pebbles
But as I rise I will rebel
You may have all the respect
You may have all the freedom in fact
You may hold back when I lead
But I'll grow being a seed
You may criticize without wage
You may spit your fragile rage
You may be very great and prime
But I'm precious as ticking time
You may shatter me all again
But your efforts are all in vain
You may put my dreams in a cage
But Have some shame, you stab teenagers.
