India being a vast country with different diversity.  Slowly pushing forward the step towards the developing country.  We have such a beautiful cultural diversity, but why are we obsessed with Western culture?  OK to adapt to certain changes, but what is important we have not changed deep down we are still scattered in clutter.  We are still living before independence.  Sincerely I  was shocked like a champagne bottle opened. I am a simple Indian citizen trying to cop up the space and chores with rapidly changing development. I have two children both boys. Society has such a different perspective, if you have boys " Oh you should have a girl child "If you have girls" Oh you should have given birth to at least one boy". I was like " Hello come people does it really matter". I don't think so. Why are girls still a subject of matter as weaker, and dumb? I am not telling all the Society.  But still, some sections in Society have fragments which can spread like cancer. Girls are not a burden. Why are they pushed in each step, study well if not you will not get a good alliance for marriage.  Should look beautiful perfectly like a doll, fair, slim, wealthy, speak less, don't keep your head up and walk, walk seeing the road. "Oh god, Bless you; you have daughters, you should save so much for dowry. "Oh she is such a pain she can't deliver a son for you, your family procedure". "Girl child Omg, today's world so many rapes happening to be careful" Hey ! man she so perfect in working she will throw you out from your position in the office. "Soo many more hurtful words. I  want to ask all of them why only for girls ask these questions.  Why not ask "Oh sons, they just leave you for money, arrogance, pride, and wife". 

Why can't sons earn enough so that girls don't have to bear the burnt? Why can't we teach sons to respect women? In fact, many of us unknowingly make an environment male-centric.  

We need maid women in front of children We speak harshly, taking our frustration on them, You have not cleaned this work, properly not cooked, you are coming late. 

This is not limited to maids even in corporate offices too. Maybe little changes have been in corporate but our home. When speak we are flaming. It is not that males are humiliating, 75% are women, and women humiliate women. It is a really sad part. As I said Dragon's are mightier than  Dinosaurs.  Certain changes can make our society a big difference too. By teaching our son household work, he can be independent and in the future, it will be helpful not to depend on his wife, sister, or mother. When mother, sister, and wife are sick. They can help which will bond a stronger family and be emotionally stronger. Seeing parents even children change. Young children nothing but a mirror, so you can see your reflection. Making sons so independent that they don't expect money or financial help. Girls are not a burden but they are also part of the family.  What if we did not get sons, Daughters too can earn nicely and take care of parents. There are many best examples in society.  Please don't treat them as trash. I understand males and females physically and emotionally differ, but that makes no big difference in respecting each other species.
