Rita, a girl belonging to a town in India, got an email that the competitive exam for which she applied earlier is going to be held soon and the destination of the exam is a kilometre away from her town. So Rita told her family members that she was required to travel to another district to write her exam. Upon hearing that her parents decided to accompany her ensuring that their daughter would reach to that place safe and sound.

A few days later Rita and her parents Mr Rakesh and Mrs Amrita decided to book a hotel, for their accommodation but unfortunately, all the hotels they enquired about were booked. So her parents encouraged her by saying that there would be a lot of hotels there, and once we reached there we could search for our accommodation so do not worry my dear child.

Rita and her parents started to pack their things to go to their destination and her parents booked a car in which they would travel to the district where her examination was held. Rita was excited about the journey, but at the same time she was nervous about the exam, so she slept early that day feeling all excited and nervous.

The next day Rita and her parents travelled to their destination, even though their journey was quite long it was worth it. She and her parents finally reached their destination, and the vehicle dropped them off at the market site. They got off from the car took their belongings and decided to go in an auto rickshaw to search for their accommodation.

Rita and her parents then went near the place where the auto rickshaws were parked and saw that a man was waiting for the passengers to arrive. They asked him saying Mr., could you help us find a hotel because we are new here and earlier we could not book any hotels because all the hotels we contacted were fully booked. The rickshaw driver was so kind enough, that he first gave them a warm smile and decided to help them search for their accommodation.

The rickshaw driver Mr. Abhay, told them that he knew a hotel where they could stay and he drove them to that place but unfortunately, when they reached there the receptionist said that all the rooms were booked. Rita and her parents headed back to the rickshaw and informed him about it but Mr. Abhay cheered them up saying that he knows another hotel where they can stay and he drove them to that particular place.

They finally arrived at that place and they got off the rickshaw and went to the hotel reception to ask whether the rooms were available or not but unfortunately, the rooms were full and booked so Rita and her parents came back to the Rickshaw and informed Mr Abhay that all the rooms here are also full and booked then the rickshaw driver smiled at them and said do not worry there are many more hotels here and I’ll help you in finding the best one where you can stay.

Finally, Mr. Abhay drove them to another hotel, and this time the hotel was located near a busy area they got off their rickshaw and headed to the reception to book a room for themselves and luckily the rooms were available there so Rita and her parents felt happy and went to the rickshaw to unload their bags. Rita’s parents were so pleased with the behaviour of Mr Abhay and asked him, Mr. can you please help us again cause our daughter has got an exam tomorrow so can you please help us to drop her off, then Mr Abhay gave them a warm smile and said, of course, I can just give me a call tomorrow and I will be here to drop her and then he headed back with a gentle smile on his face.

Rita and her parents started talking about how generous and kind Mr. Abhay was and how he helped them. She and her parents are happy and their hearts are filled with joy by seeing the warm gestures of the people of this place.

The next day, Mr. Abhay came to pick up Rita to drop her to her exam venue and her parents decided to accompany her. The exam centre was quite far from their hotel, and the road to the exam centre was quite rough. But Mr. Abhay made sure that they reached their destination safe and sound. 

Rita reached her exam center and her parents insisted on waiting for her but she told them that it would be better to take a rest at the hotel and wait for her to come back. So her parents told Mr Abhay to pick her up when she finished her exam so Mr. Abhay agreed to help them once again.

Rita entered her examination hall and started to write her exam soon the time flew by and she submitted her paper and headed out through the gate of her exam centre as soon as she was heading out she saw that Mr Abhay was waiting for her when he saw her he asked Rita, how was your exam? to which She replied quite good Mr Abhay. Then he drove her back to the hotel where her parents were waiting for her, when they reached the hotel her parents thanked Mr. Abhay for helping them out, and paid him a good amount of money, then he smiled and waved them goodbye and headed back to his destination.

Rita and her parents decided to go outside to have their dinner and while they were heading out they saw a small restaurant which was built in a traditional style. When they entered that restaurant Mrs. Shalini, the owner greeted them with a warm smile and asked them, “What do you want to have for dinner ”? And as Rita’s parents were both vegetarians they asked for some vegetarian dishes but the owner said that all the vegetarian dishes were over today but she was so generous that she decided to cook vegetarian cuisine for them and as Rita was non-vegetarian her dinner was ready, but she waited, so that she could enjoy her dinner with her parents.

Mrs. Shalini then quickly prepared the vegetarian cuisine and served it on their table Rita’s parents were so pleased and thanked Mrs. Shalini, but instead she said you are our people, so it is my pleasure to help you out. Then they all chatted and Rita’s parents told Mrs. Shalini that she had come here to write a competitive exam and she had already finished it today and they would be heading back home after tomorrow. Mrs. Shalini said you can come here and meet me again whenever you visit this district and I will prepare some dishes for you then Rita and her parents were overwhelmed and said thank you, we will surely come here again.

Rita and her parents then finished their dinner and wanted to pay Mrs Shalini for the meal but she said you do not have to pay, you came here as a guest and it was my pleasure to treat you Rita’s parents said Mrs Shalini You name the amount but she smiled and said you do not have to do that but Rita’s parents then paid her a generous amount and thanked her for the warm ambience and generosity.

While they were walking back to their hotel they chatted about the things that were happening to them like the people they met in every place of this town which filled their hearts with joy and they all felt so overwhelmed by seeing their kind natures.

The next morning Rita and her parents decided to explore the place and headed out and took a rickshaw. The driver greeted them and asked them where to, and they said there is a famous weekly market here, so we want to go there, then the driver started to drive them to the weekly market.

Rita’s father then pulled out his purse checked it and told his wife that he forgot to bring his ATM card and he left his money in the hotel. Rita’s mother also told him to carry her debit card along with him but he also left that in the hotel room. Then they said Mr. we forgot our money in the hotel so then they asked him, Mr. do you accept online payments and do you use Google Pay? The rickshaw driver said I am so sorry sir I do not use Google Pay.

Rita’s father then asked him what is your name, then the rickshaw driver told him that his name was Ravi, then Rita’s father said okay Mr. Ravi if there is any other way we can pay you we will do that, we will ask some help from the people, but Mr. Ravi hesitated no, no, sir it is okay, I will drive you to your destination and you do not have to pay me it is my pleasure to help you all. Upon hearing this they all were overwhelmed cause in this world we all need money and we work and earn for ourselves, but this man Mr. Ravi was so generous and kind that he refused to take money from them and decided to help them out.

Rita and her parents finally reached the weekly market and they thanked Mr Ravi for helping them out he said it was my pleasure, and then he headed back with a warm smile on his face. They were so overwhelmed by seeing how generous Mr. Ravi was and they have been meeting such people ever since they arrived in this district.

Rita and her parents explored the weekly market, and they all felt warmth and joy inside their hearts by seeing the great ambience and sweet gestures. Then they headed back to their hotel. Then Rita’s parents booked a car to go back to their hometown and they started to pack their things to go back home the next day.

As the morning commenced Rita and her parents finally headed back to their hometown. During their journey their minds were filled with the gentle and sweet memories of people like Mr Abhay, Mrs Shalini, and Mr Ravi their kindness and gentle nature made them feel at home and they were returning with warm memories of the people they met earlier and their kind and sweet memories will remain in their heart’s forever.
