In this world's beauty, find your pleasure.

For emotions make you wonderfully free.
Though life can be tough, I'll say,
God's testing your courage in every way.

In anger's grip, find calm and grace,
For in patience, you'll find your place.
Believe in yourself, your strength within,
You're capable of achieving more than you've been.

So, future self, with love and trust,
