When I feel like the queen of carrom
I realise I am bounded by four walls of the board
Though guarded all around
I am the biggest prey one could afford.
So I realised to become the striker
Who cannot be possessed by any
I can make others fall
But my fall would cost you money.

When I feel like the king of chess
I am on top of black and white
A wrong move can cause a mate
And when I am stuck we lose the fight.
So I decided to be the board
Holding both the pieces in the war
On my chequered body many win and lose
But I remain unscathed, so I am the winner.

In a game of ludo
A dice seems to have all the glimmers
But I realised it is just rolled around
For its cool numbers.
So I decided to be the colourful homes
Of all the coloured pieces
I house them all safely
And for taking them out you got to pay the leases.

Therefore in the game 'to live'
I learnt to change my perspective
The heavyweights are not always who are winning
For their name tags that they appear charming.
The actual winners are those
Who have nothing to lose
They have made their weaknesses as their strength
And are making profit without a single bruise.
