Who are we? Being a teenager isn't easy. Accepting the expectations, concerns, failures, and so on.

The 8-year-old me wanted to grow up fast and now this fool is missing the past. Whoever said that the teenage years are the most sensitive & precious ones; Indeed! It's like entering into a completely different world; that we have been dreaming about since childhood. It's meeting a lot of people but not knowing whom to trust, It's having infinite doubts but whom to ask. It's still fighting for one's own self even If you are right, It's wanting to live dreams but still having the nightmare screams.

We're still learning, We hate people for no reason, We still believe in our loved ones with zero hopes,

We cry for nothing; Is it the hormones which are passing the society ruining or the expectations rising the mood which is fluctuating or the anxiety killing? No answer, right? I am also unsure.

Never thought being a teenager would be so stressful in this generation. Showing we are strong from the outside but inside It's still a storm, Showing everything is alright but in reality It's all falling, Showing we don't care but It's really hurting; Showing all this every freaking time and It's still tiring.

Emotionally gave up, Physically tired, and Mentally cracked up. The negative feeling that we are nothing but simply a disappointment, that no one understands us, that we don't deserve anything and all of this just goes on. We expected a lot from our teenage years which actually seemed like fantasy when we were just kids. No wonder Sweet Sixteen isn't as sweet as it sounds. "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade", Haha! I wish; It would be as easy as It sounds.

Life teaches a vast number of lessons in just a handful of years which assist us until we are gone.

Being confident, carefree, fearless, strong, and tons of others. It's knowing the difference between right and wrong, It's knowing your own potential and worth, It's knowing how the world works and how to survive in that world. No one thought that the reality would be this cruel.

Teenage years aren't just about getting a menstrual cycle or beard & moustaches, It's having the brightest days as well as darkest nights, It's having the best laugh as well as the worst cries and lastly, It's the beautiful welcoming as well as the painful goodbyes. Maturity isn't being an adolescent; It's the choices we are making, the people we are judging & the way we are living.
