I presume numerous days
What if ours were
Opposing Balconies
Yet distinct apartments
I would wake up forward
Though a sleepy head
Purely to glance the sunlight
Glistening your smile
Perhaps come with excuses
To stay on my balcony everytime
Wait for you to pass
Into another room
I would intentionally
Dry my hair to water plants
Sing a melody, staring at the sky
Count the leaves of a tree
Cherish the bouncy breeze
When you'd come
I would hide and peek
Still shy for you to know
Grow roses on my rail
For when you come out
You see nothing but beauty
I would love to see you
On dusky and cloudy days
Where you would sit out
With a cup of tea or maybe
Watching the raindrops
I would pray every night
To the stars to shine vivid
Moon to look magnificent
In your esteemed honor
Just when you come
By the end of dawn, tired
And the moonlight shines
On you and your soul
I would fall in love again.
