You don’t know how happy I feel to see you smiling and laughing at those jokes. Life is simple, right? No pressure and tension for you. Academics is all that you care about, and life is simply exuberant to live, isn’t it? You love to play outside all day, and you don’t care much about the vices of life and society. Dear friend, I don’t have much time, so I am here with an important message and here it goes for you:

Speak up! Don’t cry! Always raise your voice and concerns with people.

I know you; I know you very well. You cry all day on your pillow, and that trauma is slowly taking over you. Trauma is like Tar; it gradually darkens your entire mind and body. You never stood up to those bullies, and they kept ruining your life. That isolation you felt for years is the primary reason for your solitude. Express yourself and don’t hold back your tears. My friend, you have a lovely family, and an awesome house. Augment these god-gifted items in your life and be happy. I know you have it! I know it! You have  that What if... problem, don’t you?

You overthink and keep ruminating until it drives you insane. You have been ignoring your anxiety issues for years and that has bottled up into something massive. Please don't ignore the medications and therapy. Take these things seriously, otherwise the result can be catastrophic for your loved ones. See you, how beautiful you are in real life. How altruistic and benevolent your kind soul is with people. This empathetic and kind nature has made you very likeable with your friends and family. The only issue is your passive behavior of pleasing people. Do it for sure but avoid going to the extreme limit my friend. Those weeds in your life will always be there, and nothing can really stop them from growing. You must find a way to live with it or leave forever.

Cure your overthinking and anxiety and do it quickly. You are a scholar, my friend. A tremendous performance in academics has made me confident in your prospects. I have not seen an orator like you. A person who can write so well and has tremendous teaching skills to make an impact on this world. Overthinking and anxiety will ruin everything that you love and admire in life. The progressive persona that you carry with your personality will be negated on every ground if your anxiety is not managed by you. This small problem can become something larger and then taming it would be extremely difficult for you and medical professionals. Avoid being anti-social, and just discard your infamous obsession with famous writers/authors. I don’t want you to be like Kafka. You have amazing talent and a lovely appearance. Make friends and enjoy life to the fullest. Go to that party; go to that farewell event; and live life to the fullest.

I write this letter with a simple suggestion; Take your mental health seriously otherwise your whole life will be ruined. You won’t be able to love, feel, and enjoy things anymore. Your prospects of starting a family will be destroyed, along with your dreams of achieving eternal glory in life. I know you are obsessed with success and achievements. That 100/100 score was a remarkable achievement for you, but life will play its own game my friend. Life will keep throwing multiple obstacles in your way and every endeavor will be a test for you.

A test of love, friendship, passion, dedication, and morality. You are a righteous and idealistic person with a strong view of society. Develop a healthy relationship with thesethings and don’t get overly obsessed with them in life. I am giving you a hint; obsession is your greatest enemy.

Repeat after me, OBSESSION IS MY GREATEST ENEMY IN LIFE!

Stop being obsessed with your morals, principles, and ideologies. Avoid overthinking and hold those tears. Avoid crying every night and weeping like an old widow. Talk to a therapist and let it all out at once. I believe you have kept it all inside since the age of five, and that is your biggest problem, don’t hold up these grudges, trauma, sadness, and misery within you anymore. Life is beautiful and amazing to live, that’s why we only get it once.

I think you have depression too! I know you don’t believe me, but I am pretty sure about that now. Your ego, stupidity, and unawareness will lead to a big delay in your mental health treatment. This will be so horrid for you in future that I can’t even express it in this letter. There is no shame in asking for help and reaching out to people.

Mental illness won’t lead to a decline in your intellectual personality or intelligence. You won’t be treated as a foolish man, if you visit a psychiatrist. Medicine is a good way to restore the chemical balance of your brain and keep you happy and lively in life.

So here is a list of things that I want you to do from now onwards:

  • Be happier and cheerful in life.
  • Your mental health is your utmost priority.
  • Visit your Psychiatrist and Psychologist regularly.
  • Avoid suppressing those negative emotions inside you for long.
  • Move on and don’t dwell upon the past.
  • Overthinking is not for you.
  • Try to understand, accept, process, and treat anxiety more fairly.
  • Rational and logical treatment of anxiety.
  • Make more friends and build good relationships with them.
  • You will always be a rockstar, so be confident.

Life is too short and wasting it on mental illness is a sham. We can raise awareness and become better; we can educate ourselves and others to become better. We will fight it every day and that would be an inspiration for millions.

You will be an inspiration to millions. I want you to be like John Nash and change the world for good. You can do it! You will do it!

Treat your mental health today and take it more seriously...
Carpe Diem!
Make your life extraordinary!
My hand hurts now...
I just ate something terrible to end things forever...
Maybe it’s time for me to finally end my handshake with CARBON MONOXIDE.
