A thirteen-year-old girl, lived with her parents. Her father is a milk merchant, and her mother is a teacher. She has an elder sister who studies tenth grade. They lived happily despite their modest means.

One day, She woke up in the middle of the night with a very high fever and headache. Her mom gave her medicine and took good care of her. However, a few hours later, her mom became worried and called her brother at 5 AM. Her uncle then brought her to the hospital.

At Hospital in Karur the doctors couldn't diagnose the problem. So, Her uncle took her to

Hospital in Coimbatore. After an MRI scan, the family was shocked to learn that She had Basilary Artery Thrombosis(blood clots in brain). Her grandfather covered her medical expenses.

Since She couldn't breathe with her lungs, the doctors performed a tracheostomy to create an opening in her neck. They also used warfarin injections to remove blood clots in her brain. After a week, She regained consciousness, but she couldn't move her legs or hands. Confused and scared, she cried when her mom and grandfather visited her in the ICU. Her grandfather reassured her, saying he wouldn't leave her side and would take care of her.

After a few weeks, She moved from the ICU to a regular ward. Visitors came to see her, and her mom explained what had happened. Only then did She understand what was going on around her.

One night, she experienced intense leg and body pain but couldn't tell her mother. She cried silently the whole night, leaving her mom and grandfather worried. Her grandfather sang a song to comfort her, but she couldn't stop crying. The next morning, her doctor found the source of her pain and offered a solution, making her quite happy.

After a week, the doctors attempted to remove the tracheostomy. She was excited because it meant she could speak again. However, the first attempt failed as she couldn't breathe without it. This left her, her mom, and her grandfather quite upset.

A few days later, She faced another problem: lice in her hair that bit her at night. Unable to communicate this, she cried for a week. Finally, a nurse discovered the issue, and her hair was cut short, resolving the problem.

The doctor suggested closing the tracheostomy for a few hours each day to practice breathing. Initially, everything went well. However, on Saturday evening, when the tracheostomy was closed, She couldn't breathe, and her pulse dropped to zero. Her mom and grandfather feared the worst, but thankfully, the doctors revived her. After this scare, She spent two more days in the ICU.

Upon returning from the ICU, She developed a third problem – a private part infection that she didn't feel. Her doctor diagnosed it during a morning checkup and prescribed medication for her mother to apply twice daily. This worried her mom a great deal.

After two months at Hospital in Coimbatore, She became frustrated with hunger and thirst. Since she couldn't eat by mouth due to the tracheostomy, she received liquid food through a nasal tube. One night, she became so frustrated that she insisted on water, but the nurses wouldn't give it to her. Finally, the next morning, the doctor allowed her to drink a glass of water, which made her happy.

Her mom and grandfather decided to move her to another hospital in Thanthonimalai. There, her uncle, aunt, sister, and father visited her, bringing much joy. After a week, the doctor prescribed a nose feeding tube, which again pleased her.

Her sister completed her tenth-grade exams and came to the hospital to take care of her like a little baby. Her aunt cooked delicious food for her and provided excellent care. With her family's love and support, Her health improved significantly. She regained the ability to walk and even breathe for a day without the tracheostomy.

After a week, her mom and grandfather decided to take her back to Hospital in Coimbatore. The doctors and nurses were amazed to see her walking. After one week, a tracheostomy was successfully taken to her. She was very excited to go to her home. Her family members were very excited and happy.

By this story, we can understand that confidence always wins but it takes time. Mother love is the great love and pure love. Hopefully I will write part two of this story what are the consequences faced by her after reaching home. Thank you all for your patience.
