Dearest Readers,

The celestial ballet of the stars will be woven into one, ultimate electrifying cosmic dance that has completely taken all national additional hours and political nitty-gritty to unite Earth in totality. Indeed, it is the New Space Race - a tale of hubris, innovation and cosmic inquisitiveness that knows no borders but binds us as one through wonder. This is not just a science-fiction story, that which unfolds into reality before our eyes and teaches us to wonder about the secrets of this universe as well as ourselves in it.

Long gone are the days in which superpowers flexing their powers was solely tied to space exploration. We are now living in a new world where it is not only nations but visionary entrepreneurs and private enterprises who compete to for a piece of the celestial pie. The seemingly unstoppable Elon Musk leads the charge in this cosmic quest and his company SpaceX have not only changed of landscape of space travel but has reignited humanity's infatuation with reaching for the stars.

Musk Starship program is tasked with the lofty goal of keeping humans as a multi-planetary species, and Mars would be our final destination. Such a vision, dear readers... Can you imagine their impudence? When we think about people living on Mars, colonizing The Red Planet and transforming science fiction into reality — it really is an incredible matter.

However, Musk is not the only giant to starve for otherworldly adventures. That's where Jeff Bezos, the mysterious visionary behind Amazon whose space company Blue Origin is about to become a major player. Bezos has dreams of space colonies, and he hopes to persuade people that they should live and work in his vision for the future humanity’s footprint extends far beyond our pale blue dot.

Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic, in the meantime, was propelling commercial space tourism into public view. Long-held hopes of floating through the heavens, gravity-free while gazing at our planet as a whole are no longer so far-flung; such an experience is now close to home and open for business to those who dare (and can afford it).

Private enterprises are spearheading the effort, but other nations also are rekindling their space dreams. NASA plans to send humans back to the Moon by 2024 under its Artemis program in order to enable a continued presence on and around the Moon. We are also seeing our closest celestial neighbor, the moon, referred to as a way station for reaching Mars and destinations beyond.

But it is in this overcoming that the real spirit of humanity makes its presence felt. The International Space Station where astronauts from a few nations live and work, pooled their efforts to show us anything is possible when we come together as one.

What is the insatiable curiosity that drives the exploration of our galaxy? Raging against the dying of starLIFE - and perhaps it is this same force that pushed our ancestors to cross over endless horizons, brave uncharted waters to seek out new worlds. At its heart, space exploration is a reflection of our unending curiosity and pursuit for answers as well as the inherent need to expand human horizons.

And now, as we are on the brink of entering this new space age, there is definitely a mix of wonder and eagerness. Those stars in the sky are no longer so far out of reach. And the New Space Race is more than a contest among contending powers; it is an odyssey of our discovery and, ultimately, perhaps also understanding that we are one -- woven out of cosmic dust.

In any case, as you look up at the night sky tonight my friends (or preferably in your thoughts), just remember that every starry dot on that canvas of black is a signal flare beaming with potential and an account for what could be through humanity and actions which will play out soon before our very eyes. The cosmic dance goes on, and we are asked to become participants at the gala.
