Well, while I was reading some articles, I noticed that most of the topics have been repeated or maybe similar in some cases. What I thought was, why not try something new? Like some things which do exist but people don’t believe they exist. Like of course, many will say it's a myth or maybe false info. Who knows? The fact that I’ve always been into the horror genre makes me think of phenomena and if these things really exist. Being a Christian, I’ve seen so many cases of possession which makes me think more about it.

Château de Brissac

Many movies like The Conjuring Series mention real incidents which makes it even more interesting and makes us want to know more about it. “The Conjuring (2013)” is based on the Perron family, who moved into the house in 1971, and said they began experiencing paranormal phenomena. While the famous investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren were there to investigate. “The Annabelle”, is it true? “The Nun?” Yes, all of this is based on real-life demonologists Ed and Lorraine Warren's experiences. There are over 10,000 cases they’ve looked into and have experienced it. They explored most of the famous alleged haunts in history, including the “Amityville Horror” and the Enfield Poltergeist. They finally confirmed the 3 stages of demonic possession,

1. Infestation {Movement of furniture or objects, Odors with no discernible source, The Whispering, Footsteps, and The Feeling of another presence which ultimately grows into oppression.}
2. Oppression {Nightmares, frequent and severe illness etc. This is the stage where the victim and it’s usually the one who’s the most psychologically vulnerable is targeted specifically by an external force, breaks the victim down, crushes their will and once in a weakened state leads into the third and final stage “Possession”.}
3. Possession {This is where you are no longer yourself. It means, the victim is so physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually broken down by going through the 2 stages that the demonic spirits are able to seize occasional control over that person’s actions. The signs showing possession; superhuman strength, speaking a language the victim doesn’t know, inordinate aversion to holy objects and a bit changes in facial features.

Edward Warren Miney (September 7, 1926 – August 23, 2006) and Lorraine Rita Warren (née Moran; January 31, 1927 – April 18, 2019)

While both of the Warrens have since died, they have left a legacy of paranormal investigations. Back then, investigations were few but now, the no. of investigators has increased. For example, The Overnight, Sam and Colby, Kallmekris, Celinaspookyboo, Faze Rug, Garret Watts, The Boys, Project Fear, Mackie and Amanda etc. But are they for real? Many of ya’ll won’t believe in them. Of course, even my friends don’t. But I guess I have a feeling that something like this exists. Things like this made me do a lot of research while sometimes even I think they fake it but yeah I kind of believe they exist.

Now, who are they? Ghosts? What are ghosts? Do you really believe in ghosts? Do you really believe in paranormal activities? Or do you believe in dead people coming back to life as ghosts? Today I would like to open up and speak to you all about paranormal things, unexpected and unbelievable things.

First of all, I think ghosts do not exist but spirits do. But according to the late Hans Holzer, professor of parapsychology, “Ghosts are similar to psychotic human beings, incapable of reasoning for themselves. On the other hand, spirits are the surviving personalities of all of us who pass through the door of death in a relatively normal fashion.” Holzer further added that ghosts are tied to the location of their death, usually a sudden/tragic one, and they often don’t realize that they are dead. In most cases, they have “unfinished business” as the deceased person doesn’t accept the way in which they died. Spirits on the other hand aren’t tied to one place. It’s believed that spirits are discarnate entities which means that they are the soul that has survived when a person dies and no longer has a physical body in which to reside. They are free to move from one dimension to another and can return to us at free will.

Khairatabad Science College

There are many paranormal cases seen or captured. For example: Withamsville case, Florence-Kentucky case, Ancient Ram Inn-Wotton-Under-Edge (England)cases, Château de Brissac (France) cases, etc. not only foreign countries experience this but even in our country. In a short case-in New Delhi, a Minnesota couple claim that CCTV camera captured an eerie figure of a woman which they think is the restless spirit of a former tenant who died in their home. There was another case at Khairatabad Science College in Hyderabad. It was once a science college but is now a ramshackle building and entering its premises is similar to “maut ko bulawa dena” which means calling your death. The ex-security guard of the college, Mohammed Hafeez said, “When the college was closed down years ago, the dead bodies used in the Biology labs were not thrown away and if you happen to pass by the place after dusk, you can see skeletons walking and sparks”. You might have also heard about the famous Conjuring case. Of course, who hasn’t?

Ancient Ram Inn-Wotton-Under-Edge

There are cases where people can feel the presence of ghosts/spirits and sense them. There was a case that happened to me- once when I was walking down the street while talking to my friend on the phone. While passing through the lawn tennis court, I saw a little girl walking slowly with a pretty white gown and a bit of short hair, walking so slowly that when I took a step back to get a clear view, she just vanished. There was nobody but the lawn tennis white pole. I’m faking it, right? Ha-ha, I know. Some people might say “illusions”, and some might say I’m making up stories. But what about other activities that happened to me and my family? Are they fake then? Another example of my Maternal Grandmother, she had been possessed I guess. I came to know this from my mom’s family. I don’t they’d lie. Even my dad had told me 3 of this kind of stories which happened for real. He even remembers the location. In 1 case where his friend named Rocky during the Millennial Gen era, had gone with his friends to the top of the seminary hills (a lively place of course) on the day of Khojagiri Purnima (Goddess Lakshmi wanders the earth. It’s said that if you keep a container of milk under the moonlight after the moon rises, the reflection of the moon is observed.). A small sitting place at the side of the road (“pulia” in hindi) having a culvert underneath maybe, had a man sitting on top of it. He asked the boys if they had a matchbox to light his cigar. Rocky had a matchbox as he used to smoke and so when he went to light the cigar he saw that that man had no head. That moment he realized and ran home. For the next 6 days, he fell sick. Mostly I’ve seen investigators and witnesses get sick after experiencing these.

Ok fine! Even if you don’t believe in people explaining these things what about the real witnesses? Let’s take dogs as an example. I’ve literally seen dogs sense spirits and that was my own dog. I know scientifically it hasn’t been proven whether dogs can sense or feel ghosts/spirits. But if you observe them. You can claim that it’s true. You can literally observe it during the evening time or the nighttime. Karen Anderson, a professional animal communicator, psychic and medium based in Elk, Washington, says that pets most definitely interact with the spirit world. Yeah! It's true “Dogs can see spirits with eyes as they have the ability to see things we can’t, hear things we can’t, so they can pick up that energy too.” There are way too many myths and facts about spirits and ghosts. Some can be true also.

It’s said that while sleeping we see ghosts or any horrific thing in our dream and suddenly wake up with fear and think it was just a dream. According to Paranormal Experts, it’s virtual reality. It’s the spirit's communication with you but our soul rejects it and wakes up for safety. That is why bad dreams are never completed. Another fact according to these Experts, is if you see a ghost or a dead relative or friend in your dream, their ghost is actually in your room, staring at you at the exact moment. Now I’m not that sure whether it’s a myth or a fact that you should never keep a chair facing towards you while sleeping as it’s stated that a ghost/spirit is sitting and watching you right away. It’s also assumed that not only while you’re sleeping but anytime, anywhere you are, there are spirits around you. You can’t see them, but they are there. Even right now, look, they might be around you.

There are so many cases that have occurred in the whole world which I’d like to do research on and know more about as this also makes me interested in history. Well, I didn’t intend to scare anybody. But I do believe in them sometimes. And there’s nothing to get scared of as god is always with you. I’m really happy to share something new and interesting with you all. Bringing more interesting stories and facts, I’d for real like to write a novel someday.
