Beginning Of The “Fear”

The clock struck 12 O'clock in the afternoon. Location; a small, less publicized cafeteria. It was one of the pretty gold-like sunbeams coated hot Monday noon. The sun was warming up the earth furiously. I was working on a 'Interesting' topic at the cafe, to be more specific I was writing about something which needs more discussion. It was a little research writing about 'Fear'. To be honest it's totally my point of view. You must be thinking what kind of topic is this? Why am I researching this kind of matter out of everything? That's the main point. That's the actual point I'm thinking about right now. How to pull readers' attention to something like this? Why the hell on earth an author would choose a topic like this?

According to some novel rules, before writing on something we really need to be careful about the reader's emotions and their likings. But I don't believe these bizarre rules. I think an actual writer should write carelessly, I mean a writer should put 'Their' emotions through the tricky mind-catching words in their works so the readers can feel those emotions from the core of their heart. You can't reach every reader's mind, so isn't it better to focus on what your mind wants?

Coming back to the main topic, I really chose something very important to write about. And yes, it's unique. We don't talk about our fears often. We never actually tried to explore what this fear is. Maybe for now I will just jot down some of my own opinions.

Settling my structure in the cafe chair prominently, finally I let out a breath that I was holding for the past few minutes. And finally, I started to write something.

FEAR: Intro

Mind is such a surprisingly impressive thing. With our psychic power, we create so many shelving thoughts. Sometimes we use it for creating fictional stories, sometimes we use it for creating our emotions.

Defining simply, mindless = heartless = emotionless.

Talking about emotions if we take a look very closely, fear is something that people hate out of all their emotions so much.

Fear is something we create very slowly, and wait for this fear to murder us from inside one day. Somehow fear is related or we can say deeply connected with one of our emotions 'Hate'.

To elaborate on the matter properly, There are two types of people in this field; Strong and weak. If people who are weak hate something they try to avoid those things with their 100% and this attempt of hiding and avoiding their hateful things converts their 'Hate' emotions into 'Fear' emotions. And if people are strongly afraid of something they also try their best to hide their fears from society because they don't want to show off their weak side obviously, and these 'Fear' emotions convert into 'Hate' emotions rather faster than any other emotions.

In this whole world, there are so many things that people are scared of very much. Perhaps half of the people don't know about some type of fear and some go through it themselves. Some fears are really something we need to know why we should be scared of them, and why some mere emotions affect us this much.

NYCTOPHOBIA: Fear Of Darkness

Actually, the fear of ghosts is somehow related to the fear of darkness. There's thought that leads us to the information that says ghosts are only persistent in the dark or nighttime. Believe it or not, some of us can't really adjust in darkness, our hormones can't find comfort in dark places or our soul feels uneasy in the dark. In a way our body and soul, both despise the darkness and weak people turn these uneasy feelings into fear.

The fact is everything we fear is our hate or our illusions.

But some people feel anxious to stay in the dark all alone, this makes them feel hopeless, lonely and mindless.

But If we observe the darkness there's always a source of light here and there. On a dark black night, there's also a moon always shining with gazillions of stars. In a lonely night street, there are also street lights to help you.

You just have to find the light in your dark. Nothing is hard if you walk on the right path and follow the little source of light.

Remember if there's not any darkness you won't be enjoying the pleasure of light today.

PHASMOPHOBIA: Fear Of Ghosts

Ghost. A terrible word for most of the people in this dimension. Basically humans think that there are some spirits or supernatural powers that cause injuries to human beings. Spirits or ghosts are unholy and dangerous towards alive souls who belong to this dimension. Some of us believe that black magic is somehow related to this whole ghost thing and it's led them to be scared of simple, innocent lifeless dolls and many more things. People think that ghosts will possess us and they'll use our bodies for their own needs or else they will make us commit suicide and offer our souls to the devil.

To tell the truth here also works our mind power or we can say we create the fear of ghosts ourselves. Mind is such a powerful thing as I said before, some people use it to create beautiful, aesthetic and pleasant thoughts and some people use it to kill themselves by creating useless fear.

In scientific fact, there are so many dimensions in this universe. After our death people go to one of them. we've to follow some specific conditions to go to another world. To go there our speed should be the same as the speed of the light (299792458m/s), but that's impossible in our alive state because our body mass can't pick the pace of the light, we really have to be very light weight for that. In a way our soul is the lightest part of our body and for travelling into another dimension we have to leave our body.

To simplify it, our body generates positive energies in this dimension and the souls that don't belong to our world generate negative energies. So we can't address them as ghosts or something, we should address them as souls with negative energies.

Science has no strong proof that ghosts are real.

THANATOPHOBIA: Fear Of Death

Somehow most of us have this fear. The fear of death.

Actually, humans are not afraid of death, they just hate the process of death, they hate the way they left everything behind which they earn with blood, sweat and tears.

People hate to lose their loveable, valuable ones or things, they hate the thought of their close one's future when they are not present.

Here also matters our mind, our heart.

Good-hearted, kind souls fear how they will leave their close people, how their close ones will live without their presence, and how they will be happy after death. Who will take care of their duties and responsibilities?

And on another hand greedy, self-absorbed people hate the feeling of leaving their comfortable livelihood, the attention they got, the money they earned, the fame they got or the thoughts of if their next life will be the same as comfortable as this one.

Though not everyone has a comfortable life, not everyone gets to live with their loved ones even though they fear death. Because they have nothing to lose this doesn't mean they will be fearless about leaving this dimension.

Some people also think that the process of death is painful, and yes it is. Leaving everything behind which we spent our lifetime is not easy, it doesn't matter if our life period is as short as 1 sec or if we live the whole 100 years.

Death is not easy that we will want it whenever it happens and it will happen right there.

When you don't even wish for it, death happens because of many things. Sometimes accidents happen, and death happens accidentally. Again sometimes our body gives up from critical disease and our life leaves the battleground. But sometimes it's not our body or our heart that gives up. Our mind also leaves the thoughts of living and commits sins that we really shouldn't. Depression, stress, pressure, and anxiety kill us from the inside and make us take the wrong step.

Speaking of killing, ever thought of the people who got murdered? Do you ever think of the fear they faced while welcoming their death not so happily? But it's happened.

Nothing is immortal technically. Everything has an end. Our lives also have an end, it can be a happy one or sometimes an unexpected one. We shouldn't fear death, it's normal for our life cycle. And we shouldn't commit suicide and take the responsibility of leaving this dimension all by ourselves. It won't solve the problems that we are facing, the problems that make us look at ourselves as useless, which is not true. Nothing is useless, everyone has their own reasons to live in this world.

Actually,

Life is the sweet lie,

and Death is a bitter truth.

PHILOPHOBIA: Fear Of Love

Many philosophers have said that through love, there's none to fear. Love can't drive you to something fearful, perfect love drives out fear. I won't deny the fact because it is true indeed. Everyone likes to be loved by someone, everyone wants to feel warm affection. But in some cases, some people can't accept this fact though.

Few human beings are insecure about falling in love, they think that they are not enough to deserve the love or they have a bad feeling about falling for someone but not getting the same affection back from the person.

If we talk about philophobia then people aren't afraid of every love relationship like parental love, siblings' love, friendship, family etc. But there's a certain topic, a certain relationship that each and every soul in this world has a minimum level of fear about love, at some point everyone is doubtful to take the next step in a romantic relationship. As mentioned before, there can be different situations based on human personality.

Some people are scared to fall in love because they don't want to get hurt by rejection and later get depressed about not being enough.

Some people are scared to fall in love because they are already sinking into a wrong thought about not being enough for someone or sinking into the bad vibed pool which screams in their ears about how they have not a single chance, how they can get rejected, how the opposite soul will dislike them after they confessed.

These two types of fear are common in general.

Even so, there's another kind of fear people nest in their brains.

Some souls are afraid of not being enough to love someone wholly, not being able to love the person with their hundred percent.

Actually, in the case of philophobia, it is not about the fear of the pet in their mind, it's about the insecurities they have surrounding themselves.

People are scared to love someone or be loved by someone because they haven't learned to love themselves yet. Self-love is the most important part of our life, if you can love yourself you can love each and every little point in this world. you have to learn how to love yourself, and how to respect yourself. Then there will be no philophobic anymore.
