Challengeable is not the truth of the title,
problem is the need to discuss the agenda entitled.
Issue is not where the topic is right or wrong,
concern is that we still carry this doubt along.
Equality is a word of letters eight,
complicated for the evil of mind, to get in.
“Men” in “women” is a fact universal,
but judging both on different scales is a must rehearsal.
Equality comes from equal,
equal opportunities and equal respect should be the sequel.
Political, social, and personal are the angles,
where we are judged,
but the injustice for us is a fact never budged.
A world where figures like mother Mary and goddess Durga are worshipped
is also a place where violence against a woman is gossiped.
No late nights, no abusive fights, no equal rights,
are what a woman is bound with,
that proves that modern society and mind set just a myth.
Underpaid, early marriage, and catcalling is what is general for us,
we ourselves hide and forget our worth to discuss.
A “little” praise, a “little” respect will never be what we,
we earn something better, we are owed something more,
because a woman is worthy enough for every task.
Why limit yourself when the world is endless?
why ask for a little respect?
when you deserve every bit of your success.
To all the women unique in their own way,
equality may seem far and difficult,
but you slay the ugly mindset and win every day.
To all the men still not bothered by the injustice,
a day will come when your daughter will be your peace.
So, make a world with equal love for all,
men or women, different or same, good or bad,
It’s just a matter of what is your brain’s call.
