This digital sector has been changing how we communicate, collaborate, and experience the world. Using metaverse they get to increase their revenue by showcasing their products virtually. It can allow users to have a real-time shopping experience while they are at home. It can be so addicting that the person would want to play it for the whole day and would not like to go to the real world. Anyone can steal one’s data and misuse it or sell it to illegal websites. It is not long before we realize that the metaverse is going to be a part of our daily lives. We need to ensure that we do not become addicted to such technologies as these are made for us to make our lives easier.

Computer scientists are doing their best to make cheap technologies that will allow the poor strata of society to have equal access to the internet. They are also working on improving the speed and reliability of the internet in underdeveloped areas. By making technology more accessible and less expensive computer science can help close this digital divide and make the world a better place to live in.
