In the ancient times; our country was known as the Golden Bird; as in the past our country was basically outstanding in the educational field. Our noticeable Saint was hoisting the Indian flag across the world with extreme fervour. Students from all over the world were coming to India to get higher education. However; in the medieval time and due to the British arrival our basic educational structure had a fateful effect and due to this, it started getting shocked step by step. In 1935; Thomas Babington Macaulay brought a novice educational system in our country; in consequence; the basic structure of our educational system started getting repercussions all the time. It is right also at some extent that due to modernization we have been including new systems; gadgets; thoughts; frameworks etc. in our educational set but it is a considerable fact that the Indian educational system has never lingered in its place for a long time. According to and up-and-running system; we have always included new elements in it. Our greatest personalities like Vashisht Rishi; Sandipani Rishi; Shree Rama; Shree Krishna; Chandragupta; Harshvardhana etc. have maintained our Indian educational system and kept on the higher echelon of educational stairs during past time to be noticed by the people across the world. In the course of the freedom struggle time; our freedom fighters had their portfolio wherein these points were to follow- point to get freedom; mother tongue; domestic issues as well as a national educational framework to be ascertained. In addition; whatever the educational framework was constructed by Swami Vivekananda; Lokmanya Tilak; Saint Aurobindo; Madan Mohan Malwiya; Rabindranath Tagore; and Mahatma Gandhi; after independence; that has not come in its real structure. Macaulay's modal of education is prevalent here to make the students to submerge in the book only; while our past educational system was based on the action and experiment together with Indian custom and tradition. Indian's pious Hinduism epic Ramayana and Mahabharat always instruct us to do action instead of involving ourselves in books only. During ancient times in Gurukul; even the King's son was also doing many types of work and living like common students.

In 2020; a New Educational policy was launched to remove the mishap of our educational system. This N. E. P. is not only includes our ancient cultivated and harvested educational set-up but also it includes science and technology as well. This 2020 N.E.P. has accomplished its four-year tenure; some noticeable points of N.E.P. are:- it allows students to select their institution; there is no gap in the educational stream; miscellaneous subjects with objects instead of only books to get knowledge and to remember the class work and homework; it give stress on thought and seasoned knowledge; multilingual research and experiment sites; expertise in various skill; anthropology; political science as well as this N. E. P. has been constructing a good character of students also and providing such stage due to which a student can get all-round skill in their field. This has been implemented due to the initiative and probationary vision and action of the University Grant Commission; the Educational Minister and many others. To bring this N. E. P. on the ground; Delhi University has played a role as a forerunner and due to its initial action; this N. E. P. has become a role model across our country.

Even this N. E. P. has flexibility also; through which a student can select their syllabus according to their interest. In this novice moulded curriculum; students can not only have their right to select their optional subject but also they could flow in another educational stream also. The arrangement is like this; a science student can learn Geography or Music; a commerce student can read management or marketing. At present; all developed countries have been putting pressure on commercial and technical education; in addition; they put pressure to develop experiences in student's mind also. It is a ubiquitous fact that American Universities have been giving priority to financial education wherein many subjects are for imparting various field skills in students; which will certainly germinate employment for them in the forthcoming time. In spite of these; until now in medicine; engineering; management etc; students get internships; apprenticeships; projects etc. which are traditionally programmed; which make the students to develop their knowledge and experience at a larger scale.

This N. E. P. has understood the contribution of this area in the National development context and due to this it has given force to follow the multilingual process. Because of this; the scattered talents in the village; and town could get their way to involve themselves in it. In spite of this; nowadays competitive examinations and entrance examinations have been conducted in the Indian language; as social Justice which is mentioned in our constitution; it is now implemented by this N. E. P. Moreover; for providing higher education to the students of the lower class whose parents have yearly income at least four lakhs; they will get 90% fee relief in their admission; however; the students and our ongoing National process will not get all-round development; until the value of moral sense will not be developed in us. In the up-and-running western lifestyle; the world seems to be tangled in technology instead of real life; inclination towards virtual life instead of physical games; e-game involvement is growing; youngsters seem to stay alone; these are the negative aspects wherein youngsters seem to be tangled. In this context; along with family affairs; the educational stage should walk together. Instead of students all round characteristic development; students should be injected into Indian cultural and traditional points as medicine also and for getting this point; value addition courses should be made. All these textbooks are credit courses; it means even their marks will be added; which will assist them in evolving their character.

To bring the National Education Policy into effect; there are many hurdles. In this regard; the financial problem is here too big; and to tackle it; governmental resource seems too small. For providing optional sources; in this context Government should call to the private enterprise sector in order to deal with this large number of country youths. In the past, our educational sector was getting donations from the related king of that kingdom. Even one more challenge is here, and to deal it; Universities should take action all the time in this regard. Furthermore; we do not have such books which have been written according to the related subjects. Even now also we have been using those subjects which are launched by our school; college etc. To get rid of all these obstacles; an academic leadership plot should be constructed. As for developing our country; we must develop first and foremost our society; our economic condition; our cultural stage as well and our educational system; only then we can make a conjecture that we might be a superpower in the forthcoming time. For this purpose; everyone should do their act seriously. In this regard, we should memories this statement of Nelson Mandela

"The education is such weapon through which we can change whole world".
