This is because many tasks can be completed more efficiently using AI, reducing the need for a large workforce. Artificial intelligence can perform various jobs quickly, whereas humans typically take much longer to complete the same tasks.

Some argue that artificial intelligence (AI) will create new jobs for people, but the reality is quite the opposite. The introduction of Artificial Intelligence in the workplace often leads to a reduction in jobs, and many employees may struggle to adapt to these changes quickly.

Workers who lack new skills or have low skills cannot find job opportunities in the market. As a result, they may lose their jobs, leading to increased poverty in society.

Artificial intelligence may significantly impact job opportunities for individuals who have migrated from rural areas to cities in search of work. If they are unable to secure suitable employment in urban areas, they may be forced to return to their rural origins, as surviving long-term in cities can be challenging without a stable job. Even surgery of human bodies can be done by Artificial Intelligence which may create problems in the future. Organ transplants are also possible with the help of artificial intelligence which when occurs frequently then there is a chance of arising conflict in society as people may lose faith in medical treatment as it is a completely unethical act because leaving a big decision to machine can harm people’s faith and belief about medical science and may directly impact on ethical values of the people.

Accountability is a concern in Artificial intelligence as it is a machine and works on command then accountability for every work is important if any mistake occurred by it in future.

Whereas in human resources accountability can be demanded easily if any error or mistake is committed by him.

But in the case of Artificial Intelligence, we cannot expect accountability as it completely works on the program set by the creator on it, so accountability is important in the workplace or if Artificial intelligence does any major work, we cannot demand accountability properly from a machine as it is a human-made machine and it works on the basis of program set on it.

Lack of Transparency:

It can be difficult to find transparency in artificial intelligence as it is a machine only, not a human being. So how can we demand transparency from a machine if anything goes wrong in the future? Transparency is important to avoid any mistake or disaster-like situation. But it is completely impossible to expect transparency from a human-made machine like Artificial intelligence as it is a machine only, not other than that.

Without transparency, it is not possible to survive in today's world.

Regulations requirements:

Proper regulation is required in every field; otherwise, the complete system won't work efficiently. In the case of artificial Intelligence, we may be unable to regulate it in the future because it may work itself without human knowledge and can create problems in society and the world. A proper balance between human beings and Artificial intelligence is important to avoid disaster-like situations in future.

So, in lack of Regulation Artificial Intelligence can bring many unforeseen disasters to the world.

Threat to Moral Reasoning:

When any decisions are made by Artificial intelligence, they can impact moral reasoning. In case of taking any decision, in our day-to-day lives, we face many problems, but finally, we reach a destination of the final decision where we feel satisfied and secure, when we come to Artificial intelligence, making decisions may impact human reasoning abilities and efficiencies. So, it is a threat to moral reasoning as a human may lose importance in the office, home, meetings, conferences and in other places where human beings were making decisions based on their intuition and critical thinking are lost forever and it is the biggest question in today's world and growing society that is it right to give a throne of decision to a machine from human beings’ empire? And at the end of the day, the machine will capture human beings and can use them as puppets. So, it is better to take the control of machine before it is too late.

Socio-economic Impact:

Artificial Intelligence may create a socioeconomic impact in society like gender inequality, income inequality, job losses by youths, unemployment in the industrial sector, agricultural sector, etc. as Artificial intelligence may reduce the job opportunities of youngsters and which will further create unemployment.

As Artificial intelligence can do multiple works itself alone in a very short period of time, there is a minimum requirement of human beings in the workplace and if the minimum human requirement occurs in the workplace such as industries, offices, organisations,then no one will appoint women in the workplace as, Artificial intelligence has already reduced the need of human worker in the worker, then women will remain unemployed too and they may have to stay inside their hoses and in these ways, gender inequality will increase in the society

When women will stay at home and won't go to the workplace due to a lack of jobs in the market such as industries, organizations, factories, offices, construction sites, etc, then income inequality will rise in society because due to fewer human needs in the workplace, only men will be allowed to work and in these ways, women workers may lose their income earning possibilities due to Artificial intelligence’s intervention in the workplace.

Being a machine and previously programmable, it can work alone without anyone’s help. Recently, two robots have been introduced in news channels to read news on television, these are Artificial intelligence and they look completely like human beings.

So, they reduced the human presence and made them unavailable in the workplace. Artificial intelligence is also used in the form of a robot in many restaurants of the world to serve food to its customers.

Due to its faster actions, everyone prefers artificial intelligence over human resources. This incident is a threat to human beings in the workplace and every field in society, the work opportunity is grasping by Artificial intelligence.

Challenges in Ethics Implementation:

Artificial intelligence is a machine and it cannot differentiate the values and hiders the importance of ethical importance in the workplace .so, it is the biggest threat to ethical implementation by Artificial intelligence as it is a machine and may treat people rudely without thinking about their emotions and feelings. It knows only work as it is a machine its main purpose is to accomplish its target and it is not possible for a machine to give importance to people’s thoughts and feelings.

So, it lacks emotional intelligence for human beings as it is the feelings of man.

So, Artificial intelligence does not focus on ethical values and can behave as it wants with anybody it wants and anywhere it goes.

So, ethical value is absent in Artificial Intelligence and it can disappoint anyone.
