"My mom scolds me because she doesn't love me",
 "Mother nature tests me with hardships as if she dislikes me",
but both are mothers, and its a way of teaching her favorites
How to survive in a world full of likes and lies,
where people like the lies and lie for the likes,
that's why you couldn't see the love behind her eyes
Let me show you the love through my eyes!
On the day I was born, both my mothers welcomed me;
one smiled at me with tears in her eyes,
the other made me cry, chuckling from the sky
because now even when I smile, I cannot stop their cries
I grew up as both my mothers wanted me to be,
but my love for them could not be reciprocated
the way I wanted to be
Both are yearning for me;
one wants to talk long with me,
and the other perhaps has secrets they want to decree
I can see both of them getting old;
one is coughing hard,
and the other's beauty got tarred
before it gets too late I wanted to tell you,
"I like your Sunny smile, I like your rainy cries, I like your cold glare, I even like your thundering anger!
 but what I don't like is the smoggy loneliness in your eyes"
When I was born you welcomed me with a smile
and tears in your eyes,
but when it's my turn to do the same while letting you go,
why am I crying and you are smiling again
with tears in your eyes..
At last, your smile and tears stopped,
and my heart throbbed
A light breeze whispered in my ear,
"let her go, as she will still be beside you for a long time too go"
Sitting under the starry night,
I saw you twinkling happily as a ray of light
Seeing both my mother's basking in joy,
 a reminiscing memory struck me of how I used to annoy
Their scolds and the way they would chastise,
now bring warmth to my heart and tears to my eyes
Those hardships and trials were their loving guide,
In moments of struggle, you stood by my side
Now, as I reflect on those days gone by,
I cherish the moments and softly sigh!
 I miss seeing your eyes, having the depth of grace,
as it was a reminder of the love I can never replace..
