It’s raining like cats and dogs,
At the midnight,
The phone rang,
It was the Doctor on the other side,
Who left me stunned by breaking the news,
It’s the last stage.

The last penny was spent,
On the tests and medications.

I was as brave as a tigress,
Pondering upon the bills to pay,
Medication to buy,
The Doctor had to visit the following week.

I picked up my masterpiece,
And put that on sale,
The audience was as cold as ice,
It left me in pain.

The empty stomach was giving me hard times,
And so does the empty pocket,
A week passed by,
The Doctor was stunned to learn about the adversity,
Who knew a surprise was awaited?

The gigantic bill was reimbursed against the masterpiece,
And The Painting was not gifted.
