Kundashthi or Kundashrit Shakti. Kund means reservoir. When the energy is dark or restrained it is Kundalini. It is the latent state of energy. Kundalini should be understood to be awakened when the Shakti takes refuge in Shiva or zero i.e. Nirasraya or Niralamba. Zero or nirlamb above the duality, there is no refuge - "Nirashrayang mang jagdish raksha". 

Dvidal means two sides, that is the center, - from there one can go either way - the unspoken above, the scene below. Dwidal means two sides, that is the center, - from there you can go in both directions - the unspoken above, the scene below.

Shatchakra means conspiracy, because the chakra is the instrument. They are the ones who have bound us by conspiracy. If we are vertical zero i.e. shelter zero then they would not do anything. It should be understood that the six chakras have been broken.

What is called breathing is actually slowness or fineness. It has to be held - that is satsanga, its greatness can be settled in zero. Can be molecules, authority is cut. 

Authority cut off - When authority is removed, thoughts disappear, sins disappear and nature is attained.
