A family at Chandrapur, Maharshtra at a night sits in circular pattern.
The family discuss with some details spread in the centre. They have struggled for wealth and tried the best possible ways is what they talk about. An old lady of the previous generation, used to say at times about “a well “to be" remembered wealthy history” will be known by the next generation about this family. This gets heard with this family regularly. They utter “We have to become rich at any cost”.
They pray for the hidden treasure to come to their sight by any means.
The next day morning, a post is received from the old lady address.
The sister1 get excited and opens the post to get surprised on seeing the game of fortune game set. They sit and read the instructions. It has 5 stages. The one who completes the 5th stage is being offered with tons of gold. But reaching the 5th stage is done by one person only during early 17th century by the Mughals. It is very challenging and the early Mughal had got his wife life at stake, couldn't save and built a monument in remembrance of her.
The chandrapur family complete the respective daily task quickly and start playing the game at 11pm in the night. They start understanding better and kick start by 12am.The man, after struggle wins the stage 1 and he gets a green colour and a hill station road pic. The sisters sleep upset and the brother in happy mood. Next day morning they get a post and the post is opened by the brother and he finds the key and a ring within. As he wears the ring a sound is heard. Bullet is arrived at their door step. A lottery which was held up due to misuse by few people, was re-reviewed and the man has won the lottery. The bullet is the result. He gets thrilled and excited and waits for the night. His mother crosses the way, tells “son, see your future father in law has send you the dowry gift” and she moves away. He goes to dream zone. Comes back to normal and goes to work. The green ring has given him the name the family has been struggling since years. He got the best ride and best attention in the town. The local street bikers got the attention of it and tried it once and it got the attention of the brothers sister. They found it their best high. The high is taken away by the brother.
The night they play the game and brother gets red color and a holy dip indication and sisters point out this will give him a sindoor and holy progress. And sisters couldn't get over him and defeat him. Next day morning post dint come and he went outside to see his bike being taken by unknown. He went and told the sisters. Now the 2nd sister told the real meaning of red, the bike theft. The family came back to scratch as hit by a snake in the snake and ladder. He took holy dip as he felt nothing wrong in doing so. His mother also felt the same. When he took the dip after prayers at home, he saw green ring inside in a big form. He suddenly got scared and came out. He felt holy dip process is half complete. His mother told once dipped it is fine. His sisters felt half complete but 1st sister felt red is still sindhoor only, means the bride to be expected. They carefully, after dinner played the game. This time mother also joined full focused and this time 1st sister won and she got the 4 direction symbol and with east direction in a slight more direction line weightage than other 3 directions. The mother found it almost right is what the rest of the family felt. Mother told that for fortune to come right this time the power has asked to follow the specific direction. Sleep in East, eat in East, work in East.. etc. They all sleep east facing that night. The next day morning the 2nd sister came running when the post man is expected. She told her result has come. She has passed. His brother told I think u were among top 3 high scorers in class before. That shook her and she agreed and realized she has literally forgotten that. She blabbered to her mother that the east direction has made her memory less. She replies its purely your thinking seeing the pass mark in this situation. Nothing to do with direction. A sound is heard and a bullet crossed and the brother went running towards entrance and found the bullet riding by the street biker but it is green colored tank shining like green stone ring. He felt the power of the game and color but clueless. Nobody knows how the street biker painted it green and shining.
The night they played the game and suddenly his mom asked what stage are u all in. This made the brother and sisters surprised as they missed to notice.
The pic of 4 directions suddenly flipped and showed stage 3.The arrival of game set is itself stage 1.They were already in game. That night they planned to play with better clarity. Her sister 1 told let's play a bit early this time. All agreed including the mom. They played around 10pm right after the 30min rest after dinner. They played and this time the brother won again and he is happy and suddenly got mood swift. He got scared. He has got a black color this time and a clock symbol. He is clueless. They start discussing. After an hour door knock sound is heard. Sister 1 goes to open the door and the old lady arrived all of a sudden, clock ticked 12 midnight. Brother pointed out towards the lady and lady shouted hands down as she prefers pointing hand disrespectful. He immediately let this hand down. His mother rested her back on the wall with sweat on her left ear and red liquid falling and her son saw the red sindhoor of her mother flowing and he got scared. Mother closely watched the old lady and the old lady fore head is seen in close with her sindhoor bigger and black in colour with lip stick, strong red. They all were stunned. The old lady is so mighty and scary. She comes near, throws a die on the set and it asked "no change of time".12midnight should be the only start. They apologize and she leaves.
Next day no one waited for the postman as they have experienced more. Her mom came with black rope as taken after prayers at temple. Her son directly denied citing the colour. She tries convincing about God themselves being black in color in their statue. He denies whatsoever reasons she tells. Rope is then kept near God stand in the house. She finds a god man's die rotating image and he being with white garlands as given by his followers. She senses something and tells his son and sisters it's high time we see a godman for better progress. A flash spark on her husband's photo frame is seen and right next to flash is the old lady again standing solid. They all turn and old lady stands strong uttering "Yes it's high time"(for seeing the God man).
The night, after work, they play the game at 12 midnight and this time mother wins the game and tortoise doll comes up with some vedic writings on it. She is happy that seeing the godman is what the thing is all about. Vedic thing, black rope, prayers, flash all leading to one thing and it's the God man. A block comes up and slips on the game set. Get ready it's Stage 4.
Next day they all pray and plan to go right to the godman. Its the weekend so no permissions required for the brother and sisters.1st sister is helping her mother at household. They step out and door closes. A window opens and light falls inside. The God man himself is sitting right near the window on a green chair. The family on the whole fell down out of shock. The game set is right next to them. God man comes towards them. They all are scared and focused. God man comes and ask the brother to bring the green chair. He shivers and brings it. He sits and asks them to play. Brother wins and he doesn't know what or how to react. He gives multiple emotions. God man asks to smile and he smiles. A front face till neck profile of the lady with red sindhoor comes up with his photo in the foreground. Godman smiles even hard. He smiles even hard following the God man's act. Mother is so happy that finally godman will show her son the way. He asks water with some camphor particles mixed and the 1st sister brings. Godman gives it to the brother and tells the camphor water will be the bride girl who will lit the fire for this house for fortune. God man asks all to clean their legs with water and asks them to sit right in front of him and listen carefully. He starts that your house needed a bride girl immediately. Brother smiles and gets shy.Sister2 reacts as her brother doesn't know in what situation is the house and this brother is feeling shy. God man reacts as to nothing to feel shy. You have to handle her carefully for 50days from her "step in" to the house. Mother remembers something, goes and comes back with a doll. God man takes it in his hand and smiles. The tortoise doll. He gives it back to his mother and asks mother to give it to 1st sister. The God man goes on explaining in detail to the mother. He completes explaining and he says done. The entrance door opens. He leaves. The mother explains the details to sister. Door opens again. God man arrives again and points out at Brother and tells No intimacy with wife for 50days.After ritual completion you can do whatever u wish to. God man leaves.
Brother tells his mother as he doesn't want him to get pointed out by others finger but he can point out at others. Brother turns towards the window where the God man was sitting hours back. The window glass appears with God man's profile and Brother is speechless and accepts intimacy control.
Next day morning, postman comes and hands over a post to the sister. She opens and comes running to her mom and she goes running to her son. He wanted to run, he runs just for the excitement. The post received is the alliance proposal for him. The details are fine when seen by the mother and the girl is beautiful in his view. He blindly accepts the proposal. He gets married and godman sends his blessings in the form of kumkum for wish and for the puja.
The bride girl joins the family and at the first night. The girl attempts for intimacy as she wanted one but he controls and manages. She feels the shyness of him and accepts it. He feels what's the purpose of marriage if intimacy is held. His wife rolls and a card slips on his hand. Stage 5 started it says.
The next day morning, she gets up for the rest room and she comes back from the rest room and door knock is heard. She sees the time. It clocks 2.40am.
She with half eyed opens the door and she is welcomed by her husband's sister for some special activity. She accompanies them, takes bath and gets fresh as she gets to the saree attire. Sisters explain her and she performs the puja on the tortoise with kumkum as given by the godman and utter the vedic chants. They get back to sleep with the girl doing the clearing of puja items after the puja. She didn't get sleep back and she goes outside and does the entrance floor cleaning and does the floor art using rice flour powder. Traditionally the art is believed to bring prosperity to house and welcomes people with happiness. She gets fresh minded and comes back to sit for some time. Husband's mother calls her and asks to support for cooking. She helps her and food is served. She comes to eat after serving and found quantity less. She manages and eats. She brings the phone from her room and dials to call her mother. The 1st sister comes and requests the phone and informs her to avoid calls on the days doing puja. She accepts and goes on with work. Next day she is welcomed by the sisters at 2.40am and the puja is done. She does the routine and avoids call today.
A week passed.3 weeks passed. Her husband comes back from work and he asks for puja feedback. She tells ok and she is a bit tired. He asks to manage and adjust on the days of puja and be strong. She tells food intake is less. He asks to take as per her need and then realizes that intake to be negligible or even less on days of puja, and he asks her to manage for few more days. She accepts.
One month in total passed. Her father calls her to just enquire her days at husband's home. He gets "I'll call you back" message. He finds it valid and expects the call after some time or next day.
She continues the 2.40am routine and she wakes up on her own by 2.25am, as one day the 1st sister was not happy and insisted timely puja, for walking up 10min late. She completes the work as planned. She is a bit tired and asks for more rice and she is been denied by the 1st sister and she explains the puja requirements.
1.5 month passed. She tries calling and her husband takes the phone and places on the table next to bed and tells sleep early so that tomorrow morning puja will not be disturbed. She felt it ok as she wanted to getup early. She performs regularly.
Next day morning a person comes to her home with bell sound.2nd sister runs to get the post. She comes back sad with no post in hand and she is followed by the bride's father. She comes excited to hug her father but her father is surprised to see her daughter out of sight. He remembers her child hood gimmicks. He goes towards the beam in the hall and finds the girl strangled on her own. Father is devastated. He asks to her mother on law and she explains that she is happy with how their family's puja work is turning out and the tells the prosperity is just 2 miles away. He finds it pointless. He requests and takes her home for half day till 4pm.
They reach their home. Mother started crying and never stopped till the father asked her to. Mother gets the strength that is required as her daughter comes and lays her head on her lap. They try to bring her daughter back to normal and finds the progress negligible. Some passers by see and finds the lean girl a new visitor and moves ahead. Her father visits the locality welfare committee and explains the condition of her daughter. The committee collected the details and approached the nearby police station. They took a month or so and brought the husband and godman to court foot steps for enquiring on the 50day puja ritual and happenings.
All this for the hidden treasure the family seemed forgetting the treasure that has come in the form of treasure for the prosperity of the family.
