Humans are the most complex creatures on Earth. We are full of altering and distinct identities, which we often switch between varied situations. Our priorities and interest can be distinct from others and for some, it is extremely different to live in the typical world. It has always been easy for men to express their ways of living, their nasty secrets, and weird fantasies in front of society. But women have been in the closet for centuries over their desires, weird imagination, and fantasies. But there is a whole nation ruled only by women and they can do whatever they want.

From living like queens to owning men as their slaves, this place is a unique world. This place might be weird for some people, but what you don't abide or understand is not always immoral. And not every identity can line up with the mainstream world that we all live in. This different world is the ‘Other World Kingdom’ (OWK), and it is in the Czech Republic. There are no concepts like patriarchy and male dominance in OWK, and women rule over the entire region. It is less like a nation and more like a resort or fantasy land. Moreover, it follows strong BDSM and female dominance ideas. OWK is certainly Inspired by the principles of a type of BDSM, an overlapping abbreviation that stands for Bondage and Discipline (BD), Dominance and Submission (DS), and Sadism and Masochism (SM), popularly known as ‘femdom’ or female domination.

The Other World Kingdom is a large commercial micronation which was inaugurated on 1 June 1996, and it was available to visitors by the spring of 1997, after some constructions costing £2 million for the buildings and grounds of the 16th century, located in the municipality of Černá in Žďár nad Sázavou district, Czech Republic. OWK is not recognized by any other country and it is a self-proclaimed nation. It maintains its currency, passports, courts, police force, flag, and hymn.

The goal of this micronation is to get as many male creatures under the unlimited rule of superior women on as much territory as possible. OWK supports a dominance and submission environment, which is officially not available at any other place in the world. The land and buildings of OWK were offered for sale in 2008 with an asking price of 8 million euros. The sale particulars suggested that the property was suitable for use as a hotel, residence, or restaurants. As of 2016, it was still open for sale, and as of 2020, it still owns some buildings and organizes events at the property. The OWK follows the ‘Matriarchy’ pattern, where only women can rule. The OWK had always called itself a nation. However, it is a private profit enterprise with no connection and sanctioning by other sovereign states.

Other the World Kingdom is ruled by Queen Patricia I. She is the only ruler of OWK and her coronation took place on May 30 and 31, 1997. She was able to amend laws and other legal rules. She also rules as the ‘Sublime Supreme Administrator’, ‘Sublime Administrator of the Treasury’ and the Decision Maker at Queen's court. Below the Queen, there is a series of various classes. The first class is the ‘Sublime Ladies' or ‘Ladies Citizens’, who are from the kingdom's nobility.

To become a citizen of OWK it is significant to fulfill certain criteria. The women must have reached the age of consent. The ownership of at least one male slave is compulsory for women. Sending the application for citizenship and obeying the laws is compulsory. A woman who wants to be a citizen should spend at least five nights in the area of the queen's palace. The next class is of men and the men who want to become the citizens of OWK should always obey the Queen and pay her taxes. The men also have some rights such as freedom to travel, own property, have children, change employment, and state opinions. The lowest class at OWK is the ‘Slave’ class. It is a male class with no rights, and they are the property of the Queen and the Sublime ladies and they considered to be ‘on the level of a normal farm animal’.

The OWK is different than other places in the world. Perhaps it is just a castle on the hill, inviting people to imagine it as it could have been, a space where gender norms held no enduring weight, where marginalized identities could be conveyed without any fear, and where people could live out their fantasies of another world. To those of us living lives in this so-called balanced but overwhelmingly patriarchal world, stories about the OWK sound too bizarre to be true. Whereas most micronations are scams or pranks at worst and revolts or liberty communes at best, the Other World Kingdom is a singularly bold and winning experiment. It strives to build a society around reversed gender norms. And the sense that the society will crush one's individuality is the force that directs some groups to discontinue onto communes, building their new worlds in which they feel more comfortable.
