Prachi Dhabal Deb is a financial analyst who turned into a world-famous cake artist and became the founder of Cake Décor India. Prachi has newly carved her name in the World Book of Records after she created a monumental and majestic cake portraying the world-famous Grand Milan Cathedral along with all its intricate and exquisite details.

Prachi Deb created this unique world record by towering a 100 kg vegan edible royal icing structure with a magnificent recreation of the Grand Milan Cathedral. It took her around 1500 individual pieces to demonstrate the cathedral. She single-handedly piped every piece and assembled the pieces. The structure measures 6 feet 4 inches in length, 4 feet 6 inches in height, and 3 feet 10 inches in width. The standard traditional recipe for royal icing contains eggs, but to make it perfect for the Indian market, Prachi even came up with an eggless version and completed it by using all vegan products available in India.

Prachi Deb has been recognized by the World Book of Records as an exemplary royal icing artist for her latest accomplishment. Deb has learned the intricate art of royal icing from world-renowned cake icon Sir Eddie Spence. And now she doesn’t just bake cakes that taste incredible but also designs them massively and beautifully. And by creating this outstanding record with her skills, this young Indian woman is earning a lot of recognition across the world for her unique art.
