Déjà Vu is a psychological term that is also known as paramnesia tout court. Déjà Vu is a French word that means “Already Seen”. Déjà Vu is a fleeting feeling that one has already experienced a new situation. It’s a two-second thinking which feel like you've already gone through that moment, and in reality, it’s happening for the first time. This makes a person think about himself.
Scientists can’t explain what it is. And why did this happen? But they get to know about some reasons. Some said it is due to stress and fatigue. Some said it is due to the disruption between the temporal lobe and the hippocampus. One is where memories are stored, and the other is responsible for storing short-term memory. Some said it is also related to temporal lobe epilepsy, which is a condition before a seizure. But this doesn’t mean someone will have a seizure.
Déjà Vu is a sensation often experienced by Young Adults. That’s the reason Déjà Vu hits harder in the Twenties. It is often triggered by sounds, smells, or sights. Young adults get stressed really quickly, and that’s when the Déjà Vu occurs, which affects short- and long-term memory.
Today, many people feel Déjà Vu. But we don’t even know when, where and why we are feeling this stuff. Many of us don’t even know what we are feeling right now. Most of us are damn weak. But you don’t remember exactly which make yourself felt doubt about it. But the feelings are genuine. Déjà Vu is when Conscious and subconscious memories attract.

Everything has its good and bad aspects. We can’t hate something just because of its negative impacts, and we can’t trust something blindly without knowing how harmful it can be.
