Games and sports relieve various tensions in the body. Sweating well means our body metabolism is in good condition. Games and sports played with friends improve sportsman spirit, competitiveness, and sometimes enmity also. All of us should play some game or sport. Playing games is very important for human beings. It keeps a person fit moreover it keeps us away from diseases.

“Sports are for fun, but they also offer benefits and lessons that carry over into all aspects of life”.
This beautiful quotation by anonymous conveys the message that sport is a game which has some rules and customs. It is not only for fun and entertainment but there are also some benefits of playing sports and which gives some important lessons for life. Every kind of sport is healthy because it involves running, jumping, stretching, mind skills, and much more. There are so many sports available in the world nowadays (individual sport, dual-sport, and team sport).

There are many sports some of them are cricket, basketball, badminton, tennis, etc. Out of these games, BADMINTON is one of my favourite sports. Also, it is one of the most played games in our country. Badminton is a great sport for fitness and is very excellent for individuals of all age groups. If you want to try out a new racket sport, it is a great choice. It is officially chosen as the fastest of all racket sports in the world. The speed at which a player can hit the shuttlecock is up to 288kph toward their opponent. It is a game of two or four people, It is played with rackets and a shuttlecock. The game is either one player against one player or a team of two players. Players use rackets to hit a shuttlecock over a net. The shuttlecock is made of duck feathers, this is a very good game for exercise. It is a very interesting game to play. It is not only a good exercise but also builds up a strong social connection.

People often play badminton while they are on a family picnic or any vacation. It is often played in school, colleges and many national and international badminton competitions are held. 

Badminton makes me more healthy and more active in doing something that uses speed and strength I think badminton is the most beautiful sport. It makes me go as a healthy person because every day every time I play it, my body feels good the whole day. Playing badminton is very interesting because in every battle that you join there's excitement but at the end of the game there is only one winner and a loser. Badminton reminds me of my childhood days and how I use to play this game with my Father. It is one of the sports we not only can play in school, court, college but also we can play at our home.

Having a sport is good because sports are more interesting than computers and cell phones than, we use playing badminton can make your body, have good body strength and be active in everyday things. It can also help you to have new friends, create new bondings, be socially active and meet a new person who can teach you how to play it.
