However, the job market for motivational speakers depends on their specialty and targeted audiences. There is a lot of competition in this profession. By being a Motivational Speaker you can enter into Corporate Sector, Education Sector, Serve Defence services as well as make a career in Politics.


The pay scale of the Motivational speaker depends on how many speeches he has conducted and how effective his work is. Usually, the salary of a motivational speaker ranges between Rs.40,000 to Rs.50,000 per month.

An efficient and experienced Motivational speaker can even get Rs.1,00,000 to Rs.2,00,000 per month in India. This profession could lead you to earn millions.


Influential speakers are atypically limited to a specific remote location. For the most part, depending on their work, they have to travel and accommodate far different places over time.

3. Skill-set:

The daunting part for an influential speaker is to be a pro in his particular field and have top-notch communication skills along with people and marketing skills. A lack in any of these skills could lead to the downright fall of his career.

4. Societal and Parental pressure:

In society, people have different perspectives, which generally influence their opinion and judgment, clouded by the pattern of society. Doing something unique or different is like walking on a stage set on fire. But still being a true blue after choosing this kind of professional is the right choice to do.
