With the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) only 45 days away, officials at the Ministry of Education recommend the States to encourage aspirants to utilize the newly launched portal for exam preparation-SATHEE (Self Assessment Test and Help for Entrance Exams)

About SATHEE:

  • It is an open learning platform available free of cost to students.
  • It has launched a 45-day crash course for aspirants to take as a mock test.
  • SATHEE hosts live and recorded lectures with a curriculum designed by experts and doubt-clearing sessions for the students.
  • Many CBSE-affiliated schools have already registered themselves on the platform so far.
  • The goal is to reach 1,00, 000 students.
  • The portal uses AI to interact with students and the learner can customize it as per his pace of learning.
  • The inclusion of an integrated AI Chatbot helps students to align their needs.
  • The plan is in consonance with the objective of the Ministry of Education to endure digitalized and inclusive education.
  • Pan India mock tests tests are held every weekend, with the same look and feel adopted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for conducting the JEE.
  • Subject wise tests and questions not attempted or marked in a certain color.
  • Currently, digital learning material is available on the SATHEE portal in four languages- English, Hindi, Odia, and Telugu.
  • The portal intends to provide lectures and live courses on all NCERT syllabus topics. Refresher courses for both the foundational and advanced classes shall be provided.
  • Rural coverage of the programme is also being worked upon.
