Our Prime Minister recently last week on Thursday inaugurated the world's first Vedic clock that has been installed on an 85-ft high tower at the Jantar Mantar. This establishment has been done at a religious and pilgrimage centre for Hindus, that is, Ujjain.
This clock shall display time, according to the ancient Vedic Hindu Panchang (almanac). Position of planets, muhurat, astrological calculations, the clock shall also display the Indian Standard Time (IST) and Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) and will function based on the time system with respect to one sunrise and another.
Virtually inaugurating, the first-of-its-kind Vedic clock, PM said, 'It stands as a proof of our development and maintenance of heritage simultaneously.'
The City of Ujjain, Mahakal Baba was once the centre of time calculation but it's importance was long forgotten. But now there has been established the world's first Vikramaditya Vedic clock. This will not only allow us to be a part of our heritage but at the same time will witness as a part of Kaal Chakra (time-cycle) during which India shall become a developed nation.
PM Modi also launched the 'Cyber Tehsil System' for all 55 districts to assist in land matters. As a part of various development projects that the national leader has promised for post the election polls, the PM virtually gave a token of development and initiated 37 development projects worth Rs 17,500 crore in MP at the 'Viksit Bharat Viksit Madhya Pradesh'.
The projects launched target various sectors such as irrigation, power, rail, road, water supply, coal, and industry, among others. Many other state-level leaders and BJP chiefs were a part of this virtual inauguration ceremony.
The BJP leader also expressed that his contest for the third time in elections is not primarily to win the same but to get an opportunity to serve the nation once again and leave no stone unturned.
The Indian system of time calculation is the oldest, subtle, pure, error-free, authentic and the most reliable in the world. The shortest fraction of time is included in Indian time calculations based on Indian astronomical theory and motions of planetary constellations.
The PM highlighted in this programme that this double-engine govt is carrying out development work with double speed. This government's emphasis is on agriculture, industry and tourism. Also, he mentioned about the laying of three major water projects on the Maa Narmada River. The Ken-Betwa River linking project shall transform the socio-economic landscape of the people living in the Bundelkhand region.
Storage capacity rooms and godowns will be added. PM Modi holds trust in the fact to make India the third-largest economy in his tenure.
The establishment of cooperative units in villages shall make them self-reliant with an aim to increase the rural income of people. Modi Ji resolves to complete the aspiring dreams of the youth of the country. Toy-making and textile-making in the country should be given sufficient impetus and incentive so that they can ground themselves.
As a part of 'Vocal for Local', Modi Ji drew attention towards the traditional artisans and simultaneously tackled all the issues that concern the development of women in the region.
Madhya Pradesh is expected and is still building more to gain sky-rocketed heights. The Central Government seems to be all ready to include Madhya Pradesh largely as a part of development plans that correlate with national development etc.
