Smile please..!!

Say cheese...!!

I wonder how can just one click brings a 100-watt smile to our faces so quickly others can't do that so immediately. And that one click becomes precious memory in our album/photo gallery. Whenever we used to see those visuals again and again it refreshes our hearts with happiness and heart-touching moments with tears if we missed those moments a lot.

Now a days mobile features are so advanced it recalls us one year memory notification that you had clicked to view again sometimes that feels weird, strange, surprised and if we busy that sounds so irritating also but that sometimes so valuable feature for giving our heart hidden strength if we think emotionally with a silent look towards it.

Can we ever think how old the relation of photo and camera ??

Well The basic concept of photography has been around since about the 5th century B.C.E. It wasn't until an Iraqi scientist developed something called the camera obscura in the 11th century that the art was born. Even then, the camera did not actually record images, it simply projected them onto another surface. Photography, as we know it today, began in the late 1830s in France. Joseph Nicéphore Niépce used a portable camera obscura to expose a pewter plate coated with bitumen to light. This is the first recorded image that did not fade quickly.

Photography was only for professionals and the very rich until George Eastman started a company called Kodak in the 1880s.Eastman created a flexible roll film that did not require constantly changing the solid plates. This allowed him to develop a self-contained box camera that held 100 film exposures. The camera had a small single lens with no focusing adjustment. Around 1930, Henri-Cartier Bresson and other photographers began to use small 35mm cameras to capture images of life as it occurred rather than staged portraits. When World War II started in 1939, many photojournalists adopted this style. By the mid-1960s, At the same time that 35mm cameras were becoming popular, Polaroid introduced the Model 95. Model 95 used a secret chemical process to develop film inside the camera in less than a minute. IN 2008, Polaroid stopped making their famous instant film and took their secrets with them. As of 2018, it remains difficult to replicate the quality that was found in a Polaroid.

I still remember I used to take photos from kodak reel camera that roll gives 36 negatives out of which 10 always got exposed from light or got blurred and I felt so irritated why that lovely photo in that scenario got ruined by exposure and after getting portable camera and mobile camera felt so amazed that now i know what views I got captured in my photo gallery . By remembering old day I can't forget to mention about my Mamaji (brother of my mother ) now he is no more with us but his photos always gonna bless me that is the power of photos who left us permanently we can visualize their infinite memories through feeling the photos-memories hidden like emotional lost world and felt like they are here with us only . Well actually I wanted to say my mamaji- Dr.O.P.Verma (flaxguru) was the first one in India who developed photos without knowing the technique how photo can develop from negatives but he tried and  he created a small laboratory within his room as dark room. I used to listened from my mother as sweet memories of her childhood. He used to paint colour in black and white photographs of his own so professionally whenever i saw them i used to think they are coloured photographs. And I used to click selfies without selfie mode back many years ago since my teenage  at that time no selfie mode introduced. Some creativity I got from my mamaji as heredity no doubts.

Its completely strange how can we decide by watching photos to whom we want to marry . Basically the tradition of arrange marriage and now a day matrimony sites they have same type of concept to whom we to marry and in that perspective photo plays a very crucial role because rather than photo we just focus on education what kind of job someone doing else everything become secondary things to considered and I know by watching photos of girl or boy everyone try their best to visualizing the character standing in front of them and portray their characteristic like they are watching those girls or boys from that photo only .

From what's app via Facebook and gone through all kinds of social media platform now I think all are moving in string of photographs sometimes I feel I am not more important than just a photograph . Someone cares about you now a days become less important now we value who gonna like our new posted photograph . Its kind of magic or every photograph actually screaming in their own way like attention seeking personalities.

The simplicity and instant gratification of smartphone photography makes overlooking the significance of photo taking easy to do. Photos allow us to construct identities. In a portrait we are who we want to be. We have the power to shape how a viewer perceives us. Our old photograph serves as a tangible record of our childhood – a time in our lives that which we often undervalue until it has passed us by. Looking at photos from the past allows us to construct a narrative of our lives. Photographs somehow focus on our Self awareness, confidence, self-exploration and pride.

Now a days its time to live digital India and where and in which form we are contributing mostly around 70% of public satisfied just by craziness of just one click as selfie. Without android now mobile is incomplete, without filters no one want to see their own face in their pics , just for craziness of selfie most taking risk of their life and perhaps they might thinking in their mind that ad of mountain do the dew gonna save them from every stunts , few dies and lost their lives just for the craziness of selfie which is not needed . And yeah how can I forgot those inspirational characters who don't care about hunger of their own stomach or their loved once because they want to click photos of that dishes just to upload it on their social media accounts or sharing it with friends or families or its like psychic impression of craziness of photography by getting android phones . And most important apple phone users they start selfie by clicking mirror image just to show their apple phone instead of showing their own faces.

As a relatively new medium, photography is not one of the traditional seven forms of art but it is included in the broader definition of the visual arts. Within the visual arts, photography can be categorized as either fine art or commercial art. Personal photography, such as selfies, everyday portraits, and family photos, are also not considered photography art. To understand photographic art through artistic point of view its a different venture to discuss and experience. So take deep breath , go and see your photographs and try to listen what your pics whispering as a hidden story in your emotional mind.
