Flowers are the treasure of essence, aroma, fragrance, and fleeting beautiful journey of which motivates us that short life can do impactful and blissful gestures in one's life. Flowers are a natural way of expressing feelings and emotions. With them, we offer joy, congratulations, love, friendship, and healing. They have an intoxicating aroma and beauty. They have the power to heal, inspire and touch our hearts. Flowers have become synonymous with the vibrancy of life because they’re inherently essential to all life on earth. From new life to death, from purity to passion, flowers have had many meanings in myths and legends. Swelling from tender bud to full bloom, flowers are associated with youth, beauty, and pleasure. But as they wilt and die, flowers represent fragility and the swift passage from life into death. In Asian mythology, the lotus often symbolizes the female sexual organs, from which new life is born. Lotuses appear in both Hindu and Buddhist mythology. Hindus refer to the god Brahma as “lotus-born,” for he is said to have emerged from a lotus that was the navel, or center, of the universe. The lotus is also the symbol of the goddess the Padma, who appears on both Hindu and Buddhist monuments as a creative force. Flowers come in thousands of different shapes and color combinations, each with its own name and classification. There are over 400,000 types of flowering plants. 

Flower a single flower out of such huge types of flowers seems so small and cute but it has so much unique and useful specialty like a man having his unique personality in this whole universe. 

A flower gives us a smile with its fresh aroma, love at first sight, I am sure it's proved by the appearance of the flower, lotus motivates us that pure soul can survive in dirty society too which I would say the growth of healthy mind and attitude towards life when facing unsolved problems, no matter how hard husband wife fight but one rose dissolves all misunderstandings and so on quickly remedies which took place by the presence of flower in our day to day life so talking about in much deep now I would say take a breath of freshness which a flower showers on you the moment when you touch it. 

Flower therapy is proven to be useful in cognitive issues like memory loss, stuttering, and dyslexia. Physical ailments that arise out of psychological issues such as hypertension, asthma, insomnia, eating disorders, migraines, and allergies can be cured with the healing properties of flowers. They balance emotions like fear, stress, and anger. The essential oils from flowers trigger the body to heal itself by initiating the normal biochemical and physical functioning of the body. The highly concentrated form of the oil is extracted from the flower and used for the treatment of many ailments as they contain minerals and vitamins. Essential oils are usually made from the steam-extracted volatile oils of flowers that can easily be absorbed by the skin. Aromatherapy primarily involves the usage of these essential oils that aid with relaxation in massage techniques when applied topically. Rose, jasmine, and lavender are some of the most loved fragrances in aromatherapy.

Oils and ointments are made of flowers which are effective for external application. They can be used for healing wounds, acne, and relaxing muscles. Carrier oils such as olive, jojoba, and grape seed can also be used to infuse flowers at home. Calendula and dandelion are flowers that have high medicinal values.

Teas are useful for relaxation as well as medicinal benefits. Flowers are commonly used in teas. Chamomile, lavender, rose, hibiscus, marigold, chrysanthemum, and jasmine teas are some of the most commonly consumed flower teas.

The flower essence is made solely from flowers. Every flower is associated with specific mental and spiritual states. Healing flowers have been since time immemorial to help fight off several ailments including psychological issues.

Aromatic herbs and flowers are dried and stored in sachets that are put under pillows, in drawers, cars, and more for fragrance. You can make your own sachet with a linen or fabric bag with a drawstring. Fill the bag with dried herbs and medicinal flowers and add a few drops of any flower essential oil to the bag. As the flower has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, it is commonly used to heal skin conditions such as rashes, acne, and athlete's foot. Now I think being a tea lover I have few tea flavours option left onwards to drink. Now I have a few fragmented, aromatic colourful flowers and tea too for a healthy lifestyle.
