Yesterday, I saw the movie 12th Fail on the eve of 10th Jan 2024. What to Do? As it is highly trp grasping in the present. What makes it spellbinding? Well, how many of you watched it? Or yet missing to watch it?

It's inspiring and motivating you can achieve your dreams if you want to, and struggling are the set parameters for that. What viewers got understood. After the 12th failure, how one can create history deep in thoughts, everyone is going through that mind storming. If nothing disturbs your mind, you watch it just as a movie, like other movies, unconsciously.

Plot:

First of all, I would like to grab your attention toward its narration, whether you have seen it or not. Most shortly, one 12th-going boy who lived near the banks of Chambal got caught cheating during an exam with complete class by DSP Dushyant as the school is responsible for it with permission of MLA. His father was doing the clerk job honestly and got suspended, and his father went to Delhi to take action through a legal case against the system. After that, he decided to do work. Unfortunately, one day arrested by the police. At that crucial time, he approached DSP-Dushyant and transformed into his U-turn of life. You will find in the movie how he got motivated to perform in exams without cheating, which made him pass the 12th exam.

Grandmother gave him money from a pension to send him for coaching on UPSC EXAMS after his BA completion. He traveled his new journey and was motivated to perform in the IPS exam after he got thieved. Spectacularly and thrillingly, you will enjoy the movie till he gets selected as IPS Manoj Kumar Sharma.

That is the main story. I discussed the story of the movie with you without killing your excitement intensity if you have not yet watched this movie. So enjoy it whenever you get the time.

Cast:

The lead actor is Vikrant Massey, who performed IPS Manoj Kumar Sharma. The Lead Actress is Medha Shankar, who acted as Shraddha Joshi. Anant V Joshi acted as Pritam Pandey, Ayushmaan Pushkar acted as Gauri Bhaiya and Priyanshu Chatterjee acted as DSP Dushyant Singh. They are the main leads. Others are also necessary for holding the main character as a family member. Medha gets viewers' attention as a cute Jammu girl. How she influenced the lead character is beautifully crafted. Vikrant Massey, the main lead actor, grabbed the entire audience's attention with his natural act, or would I say the simplicity of his character touched the audience's heart as his personality looks like one of them? Pritam Pandey and Gauri Bhaiya are the sidekicks of the movie whose appearance is most influential. Their characteristics no one forgets whether you love the film or not. Their performance knocks your heart confidently.

Unique appearance none other than Amazing actor Priyanshu Chatterjee acted as DSP Dushyant Singh. After a few minutes on screen, he took the audience's mind towards his character till the end of the movie in an impactful character. We call it the charisma of an experienced actor. You would all enjoy the grandmother's humor in her natural characteristic. This is the demand of the story for its pick up as a great start, undoubtedly her character's impression on the lead character's mind also.

Director's point:

How do you explain? Such a magnificent direction by our director, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, of the movie 12th Fail under his production.

He took three years to complete this movie. In 2019, when he came to know about the novel 12th fail-हारा वही जो लड़ा नहीं written by author Anurag Pathak, he was inspired by that novel and decided to launch one movie based on that novel 12th Fail-हारा वही जो लड़ा नहीं.

How creatively he showed the essence of the movie in the poster of that movie only as the name of the film written on the poster but in an opposite directional format. He directly shows to viewers. If you analyze the lead character's failure, he is not, but he is flowing in the wave of the restart. Which printed below the letter fail. He changed the subtitle "वो हारा नहीं जो लड़ा नहीं" to" हार नहीं मानूंगा". By highlighting the face of Vikrant among the crowd, he grabs the audience towards this character.

Most of you would wonder why I am discussing the poster because it's the very first step of the director. Natural acting of actors, we all say. What makes them genuine? We should admire the work of make-up artists, dress designers, location set up, and Directors feel overviews very minutely while directing the movie. The dialogue "Kar Zero se restart" is the soul of that movie. Prime locations for its shooting were Agra, Delhi, Mumbai, Mussoorie, and Chambal River. The Mukherjee Nagar is the dominant highlighted place that creates the UPSC scenario in front of us. The location of the shoot was Mukharjee Nagar, where many UPSC coaching classes were there to direct the feel in actors and connect with the audience's hearts.

Popularity:

As the movie is a true story based, that is the main reason for its popularity. The public became enthusiastic while watching the shoot in the local as an ordinary appearance of Vikrant. It's about the struggle to fight against the education system, which is unbalanced in urban and rural areas. How much crowd have you seen as students fighting for UPSC exams just in this movie?

Have you remembered? Very few got selected after performing too much, whether they were earning or not. That is the pain of youth, which gave this movie much popularity. Not just UPSC exams but all competitive exams feel the same struggling lives. Many of them change their stream, and many are still striving in it by just blaming their luck, and some are doing it just for family pride, like the character Pritam Pandey of this movie. So, the pain of struggling youth and their family creates a different moderate connection with the audience. The sentiments in the film were dominant, and all other things became secondary to us.

Behind the screen reality:-

IPS Manoj Kumar Sharma's real story, but what we remember is the face of Vikrant Massey. That is silver screen magic on us in terms of TRPS. Twenty-seven October 2023 released a movie based on a novel published in 2019. We are talking about it primarily in December 2023, after it got released on Disney Hotstar. And many awake when it entered an Oscar Nomination independently.

Manoj Kumar Sharma was born on three July 1975. In Bilgram, a town in the Morena district of Madhya Pradesh, you can't understand by watching a movie as Chambal River only highlighted. His height is 5 feet 9 inches. His weight is 65kg. Now 49 years old. His father's name is Ramveer Sharma, and he is a farmer. Till 8th class, he genuinely cleared. In ninth and tenth, he passes from normal cheating. I will not mention the school name, but the 12th incident was in the school of Gwalior, not just within Baligaon or Bilgram. After meeting DSP Dushyant, he was motivated to study to achieve A grades in further studies. He graduated BA in Hindi and History. His goal to become a DSP was scurried when the government revoked the MPPSC assessments for three years. He tried three times to compete in civil service exams and failed. Shradhha Joshi, who was striving for UKPSC, won his heart, and we felt their romance in the movie with simplicity. After that, he made a last fourth attempt to fight the UPSC exam by studying with complete concentration at Gauri bhaiya's house. At that time, Manoj achieved 121st rank in UPSC. He became IPS, and Shradhha became a deputy collector. They get married. At present, he is working as an Additional Commissioner in Mumbai Police. Later on, Shradhha became an IRS officer, and She currently serves as the Managing Director of the Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation. He became IPS in 2005, then employed as CIFS, after that DIG, and now as ACP. He proved himself by managing protests and battling the Naxals.

Conclusion:

We watched the movie and got inspired, but who influenced the novel? Above all, you will be surprised to know that it's not merely a narrative by a writer but a true essence of feeling. The feeling of friendship between writer Anurag Pathak and IPS Manoj Kumar Sharma they have been friends since the Manoj struggling in competitive exams. Anurag Pathak helped him a lot in that phase also.

After nearly 20 years of his work and dedication to Indian civil services, how do we know him, appreciate his hard work, and get inspired? Anurag Pathak's novel sparked his name in front of us. Who read him and Vidhu Vinod Chopra projected that feel in front of us. That is the power of cinematic projection in front of us about who is among us.

Many reviewers compared the 12th fail movie and the film Animal and reflected on viewers' choices. Still, how can one choose between October and December released movies?

Both are different from each other and necessary for viewers.

Many of the audience on social platforms try to decide who Motivated Manoj Kumar Sharma, his grandmother, DSP Dushyant, Gauri Bhaiya, Pritam Pandey, or Shradhha?

According to my perception while watching the movie, until and unless he was surrounded, in that situation where he got life and death choice, call DSP if you know him otherwise, we going to shoot your brother. That provoked him to connect with DSP Dushyant confidently, person to person. At that moment, DSP Dushyant's personality inspired him. When he gave lift to him in his jeep, how beautifully the director directed it. I connected as an audience with a sense DSP Dushyant became Lord Krishna in the life of Manoj Kumar Sharma by whispering to his eyes. You are Arjun of your own life, so start focusing on your target without cheating.

Secondly, when he got to know his money got thieved the way that scene shot. I quickly went to another movie where Bobby Deol made the same gesture when he came to know his lottery money was a fraud, another movie Kareeb directed by the same director. Do not focus on the actor's acting, but feel the magic of direction. The director's creative mind made this masterpiece a movie in front of us to get inspiration. He was the 12th fail, but to set an example in front of us, at least every student should watch it. Failure can be a coma, but not end your life soon by committing suicide.
