Oh Man! Let us today rewrite the narratives and redefine,
Oh Man! You know a world where both threads seamlessly twine.
One privilege, other privation, entwine.
One privilege, other privation, entwine.
Let's understand the both worlds which are so distinct,
To just frame a kindle, a flame of empathy's ink.
Privilege dances in daylight, proves a fortunate guide,
Privation and oppression in shadows, where hardships reside.
For some privilege is a birthright unearned, a head start in stride,
For some it's an access and opportunities hand in hand in one ride.
But still privation whispers a different song of folklore,
A struggle, a battle, a path often long of divine, a nature's troubadour.
Although peaks of privation and privilege, side by side,
Though believed in the human tapestry, they both do abide.
Privilege, a golden key that unlocks the closed dead doors.
To head start in a world that often brutally ignores.
As long as believed it to be a silver spoon, a life of ease,
Yet sometimes blind to see and feel the others' troubles and pleas.
The unseen walls, the inequality sprinkled sprawls,
Through hardships they steer, the man's frontier crawls.
Who halls the gleams and glow?
The Privilege's opulent, beneath their shimmer, injustice may grow.
Who was a teacher, restless and stern?
Privation, which forced souls to grow, to seek and discern.
Was it the privilege, a cloak of blessings, rare and bright?
Was it a privilege who bestowed advantages in life's grand flight?
But, all along in the shadows, privation does reside,
A struggle that endured on life's tough and turbulent tides.
Yet and still, the state of privilege gleams with the unearned delight,
Opening pathways to futures for shining so bright.
A kickstart bestowed, a world of mere ease,
With unseen barriers vanished with a gentle wind breeze.
Was it truly privilege's allure that can cloud the real view?
Though disconnecting hearts, misconstruing brains chew.
Oh Man! May empathy bridge the gap,
A way back and a chance to mend, what privilege may trap.
Was it through privation's trials, resilience was found,
Oh Man! It was a strength that echoes with a resounding sound.
We stood in unity, let's strive to embrace,
To celebrate the aura of both the privilege and the privation's grace.
We bring the pious and shut the wrong,
We bring the privilege and privation together, so strong.
Though it was believed to be a symphony of humanity's song,
Wasn't it Man! Where both threads together belong!
