BE careful of your habits, for your habits become your character, BE careful of your character, for your character becomes your destiny ."

It all begins with the thought of life.

Thoughts are things, They are powerful, They are preemptive. The very thoughts running through your mind can help to manifest the life of your dreams or draw, you closer to your greatest fears, But most people don't realize, the inherent power of their thoughts.

What is the thought effect?

The words you think and say affect your body, thinking too much turns situations into problems. The problem is no problem. The problem thinking you have a problem. allowing it to overwhelm you and spur you onto overthinking. Which is not good for you.

Just remind that your thought creates every moment of your life. Your mind is extraordinarily powerful But your thoughts control and determine almost everything, that happens to you. They can raise or lower your heart rate. Improve or interfere with your digestion, change the chemical composition of your blood and help to sleep or keep you awake at night. Your thought can make you happy or sad. Sometimes in an instant, they can make you alert and aware or distracted and depressed. They can make you popular or unpopular, confident or insecure, positive or Negative. Your thought can make you feel powerful or powerless, a victim or a victor, a hero or a coward.

In your material life, your thoughts can make you a success or a failure, prosperous or a poverty-stricken, respected or ignored, your thoughts and the actions, that they trigger determine your whole life, just like if your thought patterns are toxic and they are keeping you stuck, it's time to be aware and change your thinking. It destroys your success. When your thoughts dwell only on negativity, you don't make room for positivity to take root and train your mind to see the good in everything. positivity is always a choice, and success depends on the quality of your thoughts. the law of attraction says that you are a " living Magnet ." And that you invariable attract in your life, your people ideas opportunities in harmony with your dominant thoughts. When you think positive optimistic, loving, and successful thoughts .you create a force field of magnetism, that attracts like Iron to a Magnet. Your thought is a catalyst for self-perpetuating Cycles. What you think directly influences, how you feel and how you behave .so if you think you're a failure, you will feel like a failure. Then you will act like a failure, which reinforces, your belief that you must be a failure, the wise ones have always compared the mind to a garden. If you keep it unattended that weed will grow automatically, if you want to cultivate the garden for the said purpose and keep removing the weeds by keeping a close watch.

So the point is, keep watch on what is happening in your mind. Consciously cultivate and focus on the good and weed out the negativity by replacing harmful and evil thoughts with the positive and encouraging ones. The beauty of the mind is that at any given point in time, it can hold only one thought.
