2020 HATHRAS GANG RAPE AND MURDER:

She was just a 19-YEAR-old Dalit woman busy in farm chores and collecting cattle fodder on her farm on the unfortunate day of 14th SEPTEMBER 2020. It was a sudden attack on a girl by 4 CRUEL men SANDEEP, RAMU, LUVKUSH, and RAVI allegedly dragged her away by dupatta which she wore all around her neck they committed rape and chopped her tongue. They continued hurting her so bad that her SPINAL CORD was damaged so badly and then she was thrown on the same piece of land all blooded. The victim screamed lying on the work field. After some time victim’s mother rushed towards her finding out what is wrong and when she saw her she was all in shock and immediately called her brother and took her to the police station where police UNFORTUNATELY first denied to file a complaint about the first 1 hour and then finally filed a complaint against SANDEEP under SECTION 354 of IPC {ATTEMPT TO OUTRAGE THE MODESTY OF WOMAN} and girl was hospitalized to some district Hospital and then due to scarce resources, she was then officially admitted to JNMC HOSPITAL in ALIGARH for good 14 days. Over the next week, the victim’s condition worsened.

• SEPTEMBER 19: The victim’s statement was recorded in which she mentioned that she was very badly MOLESTED and she stated the names of two accused one of them being SANDEEP.
• SEPTEMBER 22: The victim’s declaration was recorded at JNMC Hospital and in her statement, she named her remaining accused LUVKUSH, RAMU, and RAVI- accusing them of sexual assault. All three were charged with charges of GANG RAPE and ATTEMPT TO MURDER and were arrested in the next few days with the medical test as proof which stated forcefully sexual intercourse was done.
• SEPTEMBER 28: The victim’s condition started deteriorating so then she was referred to AIIMS. However, she was taken to SAFDARJUNGH HOSPITAL in DELHI for treatment.
• SEPTEMBER 29: Victim died and protest erupted inside the hospital. Members of different POLITICAL PARTIES also were part of the protest and then on the other side victim and her family were taken to BOOLGARHI VILLAGE.
• SEPTEMBER 30: Police forcefully cremated the victim at around 2:30 AM without the consent of the victim’s family.
• OCTOBER 11: CENTRAL GOVERNMENT issued notification for the CBI to take over the case and investigate on same.
• DECEMBER 19: CBI FILED CHARGE SHEET in special court invoking GANG RAPE and MURDER charges along with charges under PREVENTION OF ATROCITIES ACT, against all the 4 accused. AS COMPENSATION the family was given one HOUSE attached with 2.5 MILLION Rupees and one member job by GOVERNMENT.

OHH! DEAR SOCIETY, I QUESTION WHY IS RAPE BAILABLE WHY AM I NOT ABLE TO KILL THE PERSON WHO IS SO CRUEL… IF ANY MAN IN THE FORM OF DEMON CAN DARE TO TOUCH ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND KILL ME… THEN WHY CANT’ I THE ANGEL IN THE FORM OF WOMAN ASK FOR A SENTENCE TO DEATH FOR DEMON WHO TRIED TO KILL ME… I QUESTION WHY?

I wonder many times and feel devastated that I am not safe like anything can happen to me any time for no reason and I can be the next victim. If RAPIST can do murder innocent victims then what is stopping the judiciary from passing a direct sentence to death for such demons. I wonder why isn’t rape a non-bailable offense.

LIKE I WONDER WHAT CAN BE THE REASON FOR DOING SOMEBODY’S RAPE… IT’S AN UNREASONABLE OFFENCE THAT RAPIST SHOULD NOT EVEN BE GIVEN A CHANCE TO EXPLAIN HIMSELF.
THE ONLY PUNISHMENT FOR RAPE MUST BE DEATH.
IF A VICTIM CAN BE MURDERED UNREASONABLY THEN THE RAPIST NEEDS TO BE SENTENCED TO DEATH FOR A BIG REASON.
RAPE MEANS RAPE and NO MEANS NO.
