Pav bhaji is one of the best street foods in Maharashtra. The bhaji served with butter-ladden pav is loved by everyone alike.

The high fibre and protein content in soyabean makes it a super food but its bland taste still keeps many people away.

Soya Pav Bhaji

Ingredients:

  • Soaked Soya chunks- 1 cup
  •  Pav Bhaji masala- 2 tsp
  • Red Chilly powder- 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  • Asafoetida- half tsp
  • Salte to taste
  • Ginger gaqrlic paste-1 tbsp
  • Oil- 3 tbsp
  • Boiled green peas- 1 cup
  • Boiled a mashed potatoes- 3
  • Chopped Onion-1
  • Chopped Tomatoes- 2
  • Chopped capsicum-1 
  • Tomato Ketchup- 1 tbsp
  • Pav
  • Onion and lemon for garnishing
