A potato diet is a diet containing only potatoes leaving all other health supplements and items. As potatoes are a good source of Vitamin C so they are considered to work as an immunity pill. This diet is a short-term diet that leads to rapid weight loss and you tend to eat nothing but only plain potatoes.   • Rule 1. Eat only plain, cooked potatoes (boiled) for three to five days.
  • Rule 2. Eat around 0.9–2.3 kg of potatoes each day.
