Since 2016 the capital city Delhi has been labelled as ‘’Living in Gas Chambers’’ Yes the rise in pollution levels

that from October to December it’s a war each day to survive through the dangerous levels of pollution

And the toxic air that is inhaled by the residents of the city each day people who travel via two-wheeler or metro wear oxygen masks to protect themselves

From this pollution schools have been closed in Delhi NCR as the pollution is hazardous for children it can affect their eyes and lungs causing severe breathing problems

From the year 2016 onwards stubble burning in Punjab and Haryana the proper procedure of disposal isn’t followed and the burning of stubble has caused pollution levels

To rise to such an extent that it has become a threat and health hazard for all.

The bursting of crackers despite strict orders has made the situation even worse during this time there are an increasing number of casualties being reported.

Where people are complaining of difficulty breathing, chest congestion, eye infections severe cough, and skin problems

Looking at the situation rule of odd-even was introduced so that the number of cars on the road is reduced and the pollution levels are brought down.

However, people have so many cars that despite this it couldn’t be a very successful solution for this menace.

Stubble burning and industries causing pollution need to be given strict warnings and penalties need to be imposed for violation of the laws and rules.

As so many people are at risk because of such pollution people are literally gasping for breath.

Till that time work from home eating jaggery wearing masks while stepping out and practicing breathing exercises can be helpful to battle the rising levels.

Of pollution and will this problem has a permanent solution remains a question remains a question.

We all can hope and only take precautions to save ourselves from these extremely toxic air and winds blowing and causing havoc in our lives.
