Introduction

It has been observed that in almost every past leader who played an important role in our country, holidays declared declaring holidays so often become significant political games. Some holidays are of national significance so can’t be declared as avoidable unnecessary holidays.

Paying due respect and homage should not be associated with declaring holidays.

Holidays are a noble example

As far as holding the noble examples, then declaring holidays, causing wastage of time and bring upon us lots of workload as well as opportunities and bringing along lots of unavailable stress which specially put in due effect into our mindsets that leads to unavoidable mistakes due to the deadlines by the orgnaizations.

Work is worship ideology

Progress and prosperity of an individual and orgnaization depend much more upon the working of its workforce employees and the whole team as well as the organisational management how can we think to shy away from work when the whole orgnaization progress is visible to its out-front?

We must realize that a closer of even a day causes huge loss to the exchequer slowing down the pace of progress in this fast-moving competitive world.

Closer to an organisation for more than 50% of days in a year simply means retarding the pace of progress and delay in solving the task and problems faced by us in our organisation that results in a delay of actions, plans, and completion of our work on time.

Necessity of having holidays

It doesn’t mean that holidays are not necessary.

Holidays are necessary and required for reinvigoration refreshing our mindset and recharging a worker or an employee within an organisation but again too much of holidays actually make one lazy bored and unhealthy.

Again too much of holidays disturb the smooth functioning of work and the effectiveness and efficiency of performing tasks in a quiet and efficient way in a workplace or an organisation also disturbs the entire discipline of our lifestyle too.

Conclusion

In the past pandemic years in which the whole of the task was totally online the physical efforts of people and initiative ideas get totally disturbed and no physical efforts and ideas were initiated for the organisation whole of the organisation as everything went online so, the whole economy of the country also ruined very badly that results in the downfall of the economy of our country that also involves the downfall of individual personal interest and skills of the employees...

We have to realize that for rapid progress to Brighten India as well as our organisation in real terms it is a sacred duty to work hard to the best of our capabilities as well as knowledge and skills nothing can bother our work if we follow work is worship concept as well as teamwork.
