Introduction:

Every individual is capable of doing the best when he starts any kind of business and they will study the pros and cons of the consequences. In spite of all planning and systematic execution, some may fail in their attempts not just because they did not plan well, but sometimes it may happen.

Our Youth in particular want jobs from 9 am to 5 pm or White colored jobs as they wanted to work for the regular jobs as Software Engineers. We have seen after COVID-19 many prominent international software companies are sending the employees abruptly by sending the (Pink Slip) email. How far it is justified and earlier they have been encouraged by giving good increments on their performance some employees might have been put in their 20 years as well.

Greater Options:

We need to give confidence to those employees that they have better prospects working on their own self-designed projects and it commonly says if one door is closed and there will certainly be a door where we can have better prospects than what we were working on earlier.

As we know the present unemployment is nearly 9 percent and the percentage may increase with the recent lakhs of employees who are out of a job because the so-called Internationally famed software companies abruptly ended their careers.

You may not be comfortable immediately with newly assigned assignments but surely and certainly at one point of time, you can become the CEO or COO of your own company that may give You confidence.

We often hear from the news that most of the CEOs are born in India and it means that every software professional has lots of potentials and every CEO has chosen from India Born just because they are hard-working people and they have intelligence and determination and do the work with utmost efficiency.
