INGREDIENTS:


  1. Sooji ½ cups
  2. Onion Chopped – ¼ cups
  3. Fresh Peas – ¼ cups
  4. Beans Chopped – ¼ cups
  5. Carrots Chopped – ¼ Cups
  6. Water – 2/3 cups
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Mixed Herbs – ½ teaspoon
  9. Boiled Mashed Potatoes – 1 cup
  10. Green Chillies Chopped – 2 nos
  11. Mint Leaves Chopped – 2 teaspoon
  12. Coriander Leaves Chopped – 2 teaspoon
  13. Grated Cheese – 2 Teaspoon

INSTRUCTIONS:


  1. Heat oil in a pan and add all the veggies in it. Let the onion, peas, beans and carrot to saute first.
  2. Once the veggies are well saute add sooji / semolina in the same pan and roast it with the vegetables on slow-to-medium heat.
  3. When the semolina is well roasted add water in it and mix well.
  4. Add Salt and mixed herb in the pan.
  5. switch off the heat of the pan after 5 min.
  6. Once the heat is off, add the boiled mashed potatoes in the pan and mix them all.
  7. Now add chopped green chillies, mint leaves and coriander leaves on it.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese and mix it well
  9. Lay a butter paper on a flat surface and spread the mixture on it evenly.
  10. Cover the spread and refrigerate it for approx 30 mins.
  11. After taking out of the refrigerator into square pieces – square of appox 2 to 2 and a half inch.
  12. Shallow fry the pieces and serve hot!!
