In a world full of duplication, let us be the dependence of the youth.
All we hear are the cries of yearning and desire,
Why isn’t anyone content with the truth?
The burning flames of longing are extinguishing our minds,
For how long are we going to overlook the signs?

These minds are way too elusive for us to comprehend,
A little scratch and you find that there’s a big dent.
These eyes have been blinded by all the worldly pleasures,
There’s no end for this inescapable intemperance.

The hearts are crammed with the melodies of unsung aspirations.
All these sirens are deafening, but where’s the emergency?
Flooded by the thoughts of expectations, there’s no vacancy.
But will it all be worth it at the end of the day?
Only if the hearts were dauntless enough to say.
