Recent clashes with Chinese forces lead to boycott campaign of Chinese products among Indians. Oppo is also one of the companies which had 9.3% percent of share in 2019 in the Indian market. But recently the company launched Oppo Reno 4 Pro and Oppo watch series in India. They have launched the products with #GoBeyondBoundaries campaign which aims to empower and inspire the people of India to push limits, break free norms and sense the infinite possibilities to achieve something big. The campaign is launched under Guneet Monga and her inspiring journey.

In the campaign, a video uncovers what fuels Guneet’s life and her way of creating stories that are only found in the real word. How a producer makes a difference by always thinking out of the box. This only happens when she stretch herself and dive deep in the story that she has never been before – that is beyond boundaries. The video also sneak peak a source of unexpected inspiration and the secret tools that powers her creativity.

Inspired by stories, Oppo brings Guneet Monga the founder and Producer, Sikhya Films and Entertainment, and the only Indian woman to have won an Academy Award, in an uplifting video on her road to infinity which started when she broke free. She won the award in 2019 in the short film category for her 2018 production ‘Period. End of Sentence’. She is among top 50 Indians changing India & voted among top 12 women achievers in the global industry of entertainment.

Guneet’s production house has some notable and blockbuster hit films like ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’, ‘The Lunchbox’, ‘Masaan’ and ‘Zubaan’. She is also one of the only fifty artists from around the world to have been featured in Variety's International Women's Impact Report 2018, and the only second Indian to make it to the prestigious list.

She has different vision than others and says "She would always go for relatable stories that remind people of the underlying goodness in the world,”. She also adds OTT platform is still much more open and remember, a good story always stands out. Her biggest takeaway is keep working even when you are not able to do. Just keep on putting together and it will eventually add up. She always envisions to encourage the viewers across the country to break regular stereotypes and open up to the world.

The main motto of bringing her for the campaign is her mantra of fearlessness, optimism and daring to dream has led her towards her journey of infinity. And a testimony to what people can truly achieve if they break free and unleash their creativity through her indeed truly inspiring story. She has also been brought to lead the brand message goes on to showcase OPPO’s commitment towards motivating its audience to not just dream big but work towards it. The commitment is not only through the campaign but also through their latest technology and landscape over the past decade.

Taking the legacy of the Reno series ahead, OPPO recently launched the Reno4 Pro which is yet another milestone for the brand. But all this depends on the sale of the products and only time will tell whether this campaign was a success and crossed all the hurdles even after collaborating with Gunnet Monga.
