India is an incredible country, a bouquet of culture, tradition and most important is food. We Should be proud that our food system and the taste is now followed by people of other countries and they have adopted our cooking skills. And we have the best chef with no comparison to other chefs in the world. As car needs fuel to move in the same way human body wants food as fuel to move. But we humans are very creative and that’s why we are known as the most important resource.

We have 29 states and have different staple food representing them and above all, we also love Chinese, Italian, continental, basically, we follow a pattern of multi-cuisines. Cooking styles vary from region to region but nothing differs with spice a very important ingredient to be found in any Indian food item. Food classifies itself in terms of religion like gatherings at religious temples, like the Hindu dance celebration of Garba, often conclude with delicious Indian food being served to all participants in order to symbolize unity and a greater sense of a family. And also, at the mosque on the occasion of Eid.

The funniest part was I had to cook all the items perfectly, except for chapatis (tortilla), they were in shape of a world map but practice ‘makes a man perfect’ by the age of 16 I was perfect with the shape. India is positioned at best for its culinary diversity, cuisines vary substantially and use locally available spices, herbs, vegetables, and fruits. The turmeric, garam masala, and cumin seeds are the combination one would die for. The Indian spices rule all over the world. I being a south Indian born in Goa is an advantage that I got to try many delicious food items. I started cooking at the age of 10 inspired my dad for it.

I am a food blogger I have my page name ‘’spicedplate’’ which includes my visit to restaurants in the country and my recipe which I try too. There is no day that I don’t cook. My best recipe till now is coriander pullav and mix gravy and my favourite white sauce pasta. I am specialised in making different kinds of salads too. I have represented my school in cooking competitions as well. I am using different trends and skills to give an awareness of my food likings. And also grow many veggie plants and crops at home. Since I live in Goa would love to share about the hotel industry linked to food. Tourism is Goa’s source of income. Hotel industries have multi cuisines a whole different experience filled with extravagant flavours. And Indian restaurants have entered the world of Michelin. Chicken tikka masala has been stated as an official dish in London. Due to the hotel industry in Goa, the demand for Indian street food in the UK and USA has also increased thanks to new trends in hospitality. I am so crazy to share my experience about my food journey while traveling I visited many small restaurants I was amazed by their taste and even promoted them as well. We travel the world but there is no other cuisine that will our Indian cuisine. The aroma, the taste, and the experience linger over my fingers.

It's said that after your meals you should sweeten your mouth as it balances your diet. Your mood swings are improvised by sugar which is sweet. It can be a good sleeping pill as well. Pudding the dessert came into appearance in goa was because of Portuguese rule. The best fact about pudding is it contains all milk proteins with vitamins d.

continental is a European cuisine well developed in India though. Meat is the main ingredient, low amount of spices; cooked in olive oil. Pasta, grilled, steak, and bread are common examples. The above picture is spaghetti with boiled mushroom with some coated cheese.

North Indian food consists of all staples of north Indian states inclusive of butter, cheese, ghee, cottage cheese, yogurt, milk, and cream. Very spicy food. Rajma chawal is a popular dish but can’t exclude nan and paneer. Wheat-based food looks simple but elegant practiced by entire north India.

I shared a very stereotypical pic of south Indian food that we all know in common but there are also popular dishes like min curry, kappa-biryani, etc. and because of similar food items the states get mixed up by people easily. Dominated steamed rice-based and typically vegetarians and non-vegetarians state. Coconut, raw sugar, cardamom, jaggery are some secret ingredients. Beneficial cuisine with probiotics.

The best I would describe street food is a replacement of meals and mouth being stuffed. A profitable job, cheaper than restaurants. That mint water of pani-puri has been a good drink to digest. Potato-friendly vegetable to all. I guess food is the best thing about life and other words for divine soul always in flavoured and colourful appearance. Further, I have a dream of setting up my own café and restaurant which will be my final base for my hoggins.
