Recently, the Chinese President Xi Jinping uttered a threat to his US counterpart Joe Biden, which fact moved me to pen this essay meant to throw light on Chinese fascism and thus awaken humanity to the threat it poses to civilisations. Xi reportedly told the POTUS that ' encouraging Taiwanese independence would be "playing with fire". ' (Biden-Xi talks: China warns US about 'playing with fire' on Taiwan) Taiwan is a small independent democratic republic in the western Pacific Ocean. The fascist powers that be of China want to annex it. The US President Joe Biden who represents Democracy, the Freedom of Expression, and Himan Rights and hence is opposed to the fascist China’s wicked design has stood by the helpless Taiwanese. Xi’s warning to Joe reflects the Chinese fascists’ displeasure over this fact.

Xi Is Not Communist

Xi loves to be known as a communist. Nevertheless, he’s Not so. Nor the powers that be he heads are communist either. The fact that they’re Damn liars is glaringly obvious from the Preamble to the Constitution of the People's Republic of China. For example, the following excerpt from it is highly significant.

'The people’s democratic dictatorship led by the working class and based on the alliance of workers and peasants, which is, in essence, the dictatorship of the proletariat, has been consolidated and developed. ‘

It's evident from the above excerpt that China is a dictatorship, ‘ the dictatorship of the proletariat ‘, as they love to call it, and that there exist two classes: ‘workers and peasants‘. Nevertheless, whoever is acquainted with the ABC of communism knows that the dictatorship of the proletariat refers to a transitional phase during which the social transformation from capitalism to communism (scientific socialism) takes place. This transformation being complete, classes disappear, with which the class antagonism disappears too, and with this, the dictatorship of the proletariat ceases to exist. Clearly, the Preamble testifies to the fact that China is Not communist.

And further, Marx & Engels, the originators of the Theory of communism, never said anything to suggest that the dictatorship of the proletariat means something like the dictatorship of a communist party or a party of pseudo-communists. They described the capitalist democracy as the dictatorship of the capitalist class and used the expression ‘ the dictatorship of the proletariat ‘ to mean something just its exact opposite, I.e., the dictatorship of the proletariat= the proletarian democracy. Thus, as I see it, there’s good reason to claim that in the dictatorship of the proletariat, the working class must enjoy all democratic rights as well as free speech and other individual freedoms. The Chinese ‘ people’s democratic dictatorship ‘ is irreconcilably opposed to the communist dictatorship of the proletariat.

The Preamble also states:

‘The exploiting classes as such have been abolished in our country. However, class struggle will continue to exist within certain bounds for a long time to come. The Chinese people must fight against those forces and elements, both at home and abroad, that are hostile to China’s socialist system and try to undermine it.‘

The foregoing excerpt is another evidence that Xi and Co.’s mendacity, as well as stupidity, knows No bounds. The Preamble that they endorse wants you to believe that although the ‘ exploiting classes ‘, hence the exploitation of the working class by capitalists, are Nonexistent in ' China’s socialist system ‘, the struggle between the ‘ exploiting classes ‘ and the class of the exploited is still going on there.

Then, in the Preamble, we run across this statement too:

‘ In building socialism, it is essential to rely on workers, peasants and intellectuals and to unite all forces that can be united. ‘

So, now you learn that they’re still ‘ building socialism ‘ in their ‘ socialist system ‘. Not only are they Damn liars, they’re also Damn stupid— so much so that they’re outright unaware that if lies are discovered, lying is Not only disgraceful but totally useless as well. Xi and Co. seem to be devoid of all sense of shame and self-respect as well. They seem to lie as they cannot help lying. They also seem to relish lying.

The Truth is the People’s Republic of China is a capitalist state. Precisely, it’s a sort of mixed-economy welfare-capitalist dictatorship sans free speech and other individual freedoms while the USA, the most advanced civilisation of the world, and other states of the First World are sorts of mixed-economy welfare-capitalist democracies guaranteeing free speech and other individual freedoms. A glaring evidence that proves that China’s economy is mixed, I.e., it’s made of both private capitalism and state capitalism, and that the Chinese society is divided, like all other capitalist societies, into an insignificant few of the rich and swarms of the poor and the penniless, is the Forbes list of China's 100 Richest people.

Communism aims at a Free world, a world where everyone is free to lead a Healthy & Meaningful life. In a class-ridden society, 99% of humanity that sweat blood to produce all wealth & luxuries and thus keep civilisations moving and advancing had to come into the world as born poor to stay and die poor, which fact is Not attributable to any faults or failings of theirs while the fact that the remaining 1% were all either born rich or born super-rich to exploit the born poor and thus grow richer and richer is Not attributable to any noble or creditable acts or achievements of theirs. Such things are irreconcilable with the Principle of Healthy & Meaningful Living. For this reason, classes have got No place in the communist order. Therefore, communism is defined as the classless social order, an order in which None are richer or poorer than you. Thus, in the communist world, None will exploit you as you won’t be able to exploit anyone else.

Another most important point not to be missed in this regard is Marx & Engels did Not make a distinction between communism and socialism (scientific). Nevertheless, for a good many years, they avoided using the term ' socialism ' just because they wanted to avoid confusion with different sorts of ' utopian ' and ' quack ' socialism that was very popular during that period. (Preface to the German Edition 1890 of The Manifesto Of The Communist Party)

‘Socialism in 1847 signified a bourgeois movement, ‘ said Engels, ‘ communism a working-class movement. Socialism was, on the Continent at least, quite respectable, whereas communism was the very opposite. And since we were very decidedly of the opinion as early as then that “the emancipation of the workers must be the task of the working class itself,” [from the General Rules of the International] we could have no hesitation as to which of the two names we should choose. Nor has it ever occurred to us to repudiate it.‘ ( ibid )

Marx, however, talked of the ' first phase ‘ of communism and the ' higher phase ‘ of communism (Critique of the Gotha Programme), but Never ever did he say anything to the effect that he regarded one of these phases as socialism and the other as communism or that the proletarian dictatorship or classes or the filthy stuff called nationalism might exist during any of these phases.

The Preamble also acquaints us with filthy Chinese nationalism:

‘Taiwan is part of the sacred territory of the People’s Republic of China. It is the inviolable duty of all Chinese people, including our compatriots in Taiwan, to accomplish the great task of reunifying the motherland.‘

The above citation is another evidence that enlightens you about the anti-communist psychology of the Chinese powers that be. Evidently, they have no respect for the just aspiration of the Taiwanese people that loathe the Chinese system. They’re determined to invade and take over the small territory the Taiwanese inhabit, no matter how much bloodbath their move may lead to or how many human lives may be lost in the move. The motivation behind the move is unalloyed nationalism that is Not aimed at any great goal like ending an injustice or uplifting the underprivileged or the marginalized of society. On the other hand, communism stands for Internationalism aimed at the unity and solidarity among all the exploited, the underprivileged and the marginalized of the world. Communism is outright opposed to the nationalist warfare that leads to the horrendous hardship and bloodshed of the exploited, the underprivileged and the marginalized of the world but brings forth Nothing beneficial to them. Obviously, Xi and Co.’s nationalist psychology is in direct conflict with communist internationalism.

Xi Is Fascist

Xi and Co. are not communist. As I see it, the Chinese powers that be are damn Fascist. I define Fascism as a sort of dictatorship terrified of individual freedom including the freedom of expression— so much so that the dictators will kill you if you dare to have your say to their displeasure. A glaring example of Chinese fascism is the shocking treatment the Chinese tennis star Peng Shuai is currently receiving from Xi and Co. A woman celebrity, Peng accused a most influential Chinese personality of ‘ coercing her into sex … in a since-deleted social media post dated November 2. ‘ (ITF 'does not want to punish a billion people' by suspending China tournaments in Peng Shuai row)   ‘ Peng was immediately muffled by blanket censorship and disappeared from public view for more than two weeks. ‘ (ibid) On November 25, 2021, CNN reported that China was censoring ‘ CNN with color bars on Peng Shuai stories ‘.

Another evidence testifying to to what extent the Chinese fascists fear Free speech is this news piece: Chinese journalist jailed for reporting about Covid-19 said to be near death. The human-rights watchdog Amnesty International’s report CHINA 2020 is also meant to acquaint you with the Chinese fascists’ fear of Free speech.

Xi Poses A Grave Threat

It’d be a Big mistake to disregard the fact that fascists do Not deserve to be reckoned Sensible people. There’s No telling how far they’ll go in order to attain their silly goal. Xi and Co. possess deadly Nukes, ICBMs, supersonic & hypersonic Stealth Fighter Jets, Nuclear-powered submarines & warships, etc. If Xi can annex Taiwan today, I have no doubt that he’ll send army to annex the Galwan Valley and Manipur of India just tomorrow, and thus his greed will turn insatiable when someday, very soon, he’ll want to bring the whole of the planet earth under his ' people’s democratic dictatorship ‘.
