WORDS! Yes, the words I've read come across and felt. Every Word that mixed itself with my emotions, blood, veins, and soul has made me aspire to become an ardent writer. Most of you might wonder why words? Many say books, movies, songs, plays, poetry, and quotes have inspired us to find a passion for writing. However, to me, it was words. Every piece of literature took its form through words. The foundation to make its impact over the different perspectives of lives seen through the rose-tinted glasses as a child would embrace the world's wonders with much curiosity.
To quote Maya Angelou, "People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel". That's when it hit me that to become an influential writer to make the world look through your vantage point of view was with the way you make them feel, and that was through words. Little things have changed, from every little text post you read on Pinterest, all the playwrights of Shakespeare, the essence extracted from the poems of Edgar Allan Poe, and every other literature piece that has made a difference in your life. It is only the way they wrote. How they put the right words into perfect sentences to make people say it's just wow.
My soul longs to produce the most alluring magnificent words in my work and show the world the light of hope and faith that gives them a positive perspective toward life. I realized that to become a writer, it takes a lot of painstaking tasks and all the burning zeal to turn your work into a masterpiece. Not all I write can be assured to be published or gain fame and wealth after I become a writer. It's not just that; it's more of it. As a kid, I've read books that directly showed the world that we're all in the same lane but with diverse abilities. Every one of Shakespeare's works I've drowned in, was his poetics through words, his relevant imagination to the world that is still applicable to the human race over the values he produced even after centuries. I've travelled inch by inch through plays and poetry, and my love for literature drastically impacted writing pieces that would have given people to argue over how mere words can make one fall in love with the author.
Every page I've rolled, every piece I've written, may not have a good response now, but one day I will be a writer who has traversed and mastered every human emotion to showcase the truth over the world with a blitz of bundled words. Literature is not a form of liberal arts but a fascinating treasure of adored esteem to the human race that we should be proud of. Not many of us welcome the art of reading, developing the skill to write or encompass the psyche of worldly matters.
We are now just lone wanderers who isolate themselves in solitude. I want to change our minds and souls, so I want to become a writer. This is a very unfamiliar thought to me that a simple piece of poetry or the stillness of literature written centuries ago can still have such consequences as turning your life upside down. And that is what happened to me when I started.
Diving deeper into my words from every piece of literature, every book, and poetry I read. Just simple words had an enormous influence. So, I want to impact the world with positive, truthful, simple words through my writing. I would be the writer who might not have a fairy tale ending of "happily ever after" but a "once upon a time" line to have mastery over words and govern the world with forms of pieces that is purely the words that had made them change and the story behind those familiarity words. Every Word written is a memoir, letter, or journal that has never come out for the wider world to see. I want to make them all of these just with my words.
When Word's loss might, in the end, it's the humanity in gain.
