There are so many things people think I should be apologetic for
To summarize them let me put them in a rhyme
I'm sorry for wearing pants,
And for my loud rants.
I'm sorry for sitting like a man,
Or doing what a man can.
I'm sorry for eating when I'm hungry,
Or if the way I eat makes you angry.
Sit like a woman,
Talk like a woman,
At one point it'll become die like a woman.
When did "like a woman" become so normal,
As if being like a man is paranormal.
It's so sad that even a little boy is CORRECTED,
They are brought up to be the human race PERFECTED.
Their little joys and tears are erased
because their choices are called distaste.
Until this world stops the phrases-
"Be like a man" "Act like a woman",
There will be so many injustices
But to become like the fabric linen
One has to bring up their children with 'n' number of praises,
And that is when there will be true men and true women.
